Hideously expensive
Pros:

Comfortable room was better than I expected. Friendly welcome. Great atmosphere in the bar.

Cons:

Shabby exterior gave a poor first impression. Very very expensive for what you got. No breakfast.

Service was excellent, hotel and room very clean.
Pros:

Well maintained, the woman at reception was exceptional. Friendly and helpful provided lots of useful information.

Cons:

Room was a little tight for 4 people.

Excellent value for money, fabulous staff.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant and convenient. Nice room, excellent provisions in the room, great location.

Cons:

Guys with face tattoos playing pool in the bar when we came in. A tad intimidating.

For freezing elder folks like me This was the warmest night of my Scottish travels

Thé only place I’ve stayed in Scotland where I was warm and comfortable and not needing 4-5 Layers of clothes. I especially enjoyed the helpful réception Ist (luggage, internet, an needed envelope) She was so delightful to visit with between the constant arrival of new clients, I so mind being able to park at hotel

Cons:

Only the I secure/non Working internet in room. I had to do my Duo L’ingouche in the lobby on 1st floor. Later at night when I was ready to go to bed I finally got a solid connection.

Served a purpose for one night but wouldn’t recommend for longer
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly

Cons:

The hotel is on a main road with limited parking, although street parking is available.

Room 1 is a small single, with private bathroom down the corridor.

Room 2 is a double with small en suite which needed some repairs on the shower.

No lift or breakfast provision.

Rapport qualité/prix correct pour l'entrée de l'île de Skye.
Pros:

Personnel sympathique.
Ambiance du bar.
DVD à disposition gratuitement.

Cons:

Manque d'étagères dans la salle de bain, alors qu'il y a la place pour en installer. Impossible de poser les trousses de toilette.
Parking étriqué. Des manœuvres dangereuses sont nécessaire pour entrer et sortir du parking.
