great place to be in Kuala terengganu !
Pros:

very good hotel , spacious beautifully furnished rooms , great views , everything worked fine !

Cons:

unhelpful person at reception ,
we are both old people. , he did not offer to help with our heavy luggage ,
gave no good explanation how systems work at the rooms .
must learn how to behave properly at such a nice place !
