Improvement and suggestion
Pros:

I love the vibe and location

Cons:

1-Picture not same with our room they provide. Also my suggestion is if the fridge or pantry is not for visitor pls do some notice on the door.

2-If book more than one night pls arrange staff to clean and replace the plastic bin.

3-Not all but some of staff need learn more on how to welcoming and communicate with visitor

Pros:

The cleanliness still ok

Cons:

The smell of mothball is super strong, I didn't expect it only one floor, and the facilities exp like bedside cabinet, the wall,the floor(got ant) is quite old, the location is near the sea but you can't see the sea, is block by the grass so location also not nice and you can hear outside sound. Not really recommended since it is expensive....

Bilik luas, sesuai untuk small family. Bilik dan toilet juga bersih. Ada iron, heater setiap bilik

Cons:

Dinding bilik ingatkan simen, tapi mungkin plywood. Dapat dengar orang bilik sebelah tidur berdengkur, bunyi alarm dan juga bunyi dorang berborak. Kalau bawak anak kecik yang selalu nangis, mesti la orang sebelah dengar dan rasa tak selesa 🤧 Untuk kawasan sekitar kolam, dekat dalam pool kids tu ada kerusi sbg tanda mozek yang belum repair. Better repair elok2, sebelum terjadi apa - apa. Tangga gelungsur pun ada karat sikit. Suggestion buat juga toilet dekat dengan bilik persalinan, mudah anak nak pergi toilet. Tak kan nak kena keluar balik sebab toilet dekat tepi tu untuk Qween cafe sahaja
