O lugar é lindo, é tudo super bem cuidado, a equipe é extremamente atenciosa. Entrega tudo o que promete.

Não teve nada que eu não tenha gostado. Até o banho meio desengonçado no banheiro que é uma torre no canto do quarto (especificamente o quarto em que fiquei) é parte do charme do lugar

Experiência ruim! Não voltaremos!

Eu e minha esposa nos hospedamos em setembro de 2025, por apenas uma noite. Definitivamente, não foi uma boa experiência. O Hotel conta com um estacionamento amplo Fomos hospedados num quarto grande, com uma bela vista da propriedade, uma cama grande, com bons lençóis. Porém, o acesso a este quarto somente se faz por dois lances de uma escada estreita e sinuosa, bastante ruim e desconfortável. Não há elevador, informação que está clara no Booking.com. O banheiro fica numa torre adaptada, o que torna o ambiente gelado e muito, muito desconfortável. O chuveiro é mal localizado. Enfim, o banheiro é horrível e a experiência de tomar banho ali foi terrível. Já nos hospedamos em chateaux na França e, nessas ocasiões, sempre tivemos a oportunidade de degustar vinhos de produção própria. No Chateau de Labro não há essa possibilidade, a não ser que você pague. Ora, como eu vou pagar por um vinho que eu não conheço? Falta gentileza, sobram cobranças. O café da manhã custa 38 euros, valor que consideramos absurdamente alto. Não experimentamos o café da manhã e, por isso, não posso falar sobre a qualidade dos produtos disponíveis. Não nos sentimos acolhidos e nem achamos que fomos bem recebidos. Não voltaremos!
