Never again.
Pros:

Staff is awesome. Have stayed at these condos in another room and same staff is always so helpful and amazing. Rooftop pool, exercise room and location to 5th is great .

Cons:

This condo is leased from the owner by Vacasa. Their customer service is a joke. 1st, I was staying at a hotel next door and asked for an opportunity to check in early and got a programed response of no. All other interactions took days for a response. Front desk told me the room had been ready for few days. No reason I couldn't check in early. The balcony has a great view with no chairs or tables to use so a big waste. You can see chairs and tables on all the balconys surrounding it. The closest doors were off trac. Couldn't use the draws because the door blocked them opening, the clothes rack or the safe. They were aware of this too because there was a sign telling you not to open the door! You couldn't, they're broke. The bathroom sink is the giant bowl type that leaves you no room to put anything. The AC is opposite the head of the bed and I used it the first night, blowing cool air on my face I got a serious sinus infection day 1. TV was small considering the cost of TV's nowadays.The other condo's I've stayed in this building are great, just not this one. Never again in this unit.

I would stay in the building again as I've have a great time everytime I visit
Pros:

The experience wasn't bad, however as I had moved from another identical apartment on the floor below to this one it highlighted some problems with 502. Firstly was the ants in the bathroom, secondly was the unclean sheets on the bed and thirdly I think some bedside lamps would be a good addition to the apartment.

Cons:

The building is a nice place with nice staff and great location.
Also the facilities and view from the communal area are great however the gym could do with a workout bench.
