Overall it was an ok stay, would book differently nest time.
Pros:

very pretty, right on 5th St so lots of fun happening right there.

Cons:

Staff was a little rude at first, no cleaning was done we cleaned ourselves. The door was broken at the bottom so there were bugs coming inside. Not the cleanest when you walk in, shower was not clean. No blankets just sheets.

Cons:

1) musica dei locali accanto troppo alta per dormire, impossibile riposare prima delle 3 di notte.
2) la stanza era totalmente sporca: a partire da lenzuola macchiate in diversi punti, asciugamani sporchi, pavimento indecente.
3) l’unica finestra della stanza non può essere lasciata aperta per arieggiare perché è ad altezza e misura d’uomo oltre al fatto che chiunque passasse fuori vedrebbe tutto l’interno.
4) umidità della stanza rende impossibile asciugare gli asciugamani della doccia o i costumi lavati.
5) abbiamo chiesto di sostituire lenzuola e federe ma nonostante la richiesta le federe sono state lasciate sporche, abbiamo dovuto dormire per 3 giorni senza cuscino.
6) la posizione non giustifica il prezzo, perdipiù in bassa stagione.
7) per accedere alle camere bisogna attraversare un negozio di costumi da bagno.

Als ich am spähten Abend hier angekommen bin wurde ich ganz herzlich empfangen und bekam sehr effizient ein Zimmer zugeteilt. Am besten gefiel mir die freundliche und familiäre athmosphäre und die hilfsbereitschaft. Ich habe 2 wundervolle Monate hier verbracht und werde mit freuden bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in playa del carmen wieder Rustik inn buchen.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy central en el centro. Si quieres salir de bares y antros, sí es muy buena. Hay amplio espacio en los habitaciones

Cons:

Hay muchísimo ruido de la calle - música muy fuerte hasta las 2 de la mañana. El duche no está separado, está al lado de las camas y no hay puerta. Mala iluminación

It is a stunning property with inside garden, rooms are absolutely beautiful. Hot shower and all the essentials. Very discreet entrance.

Cons:

Super close to 5th avenue (which was mentioned by the hotel) so the noise really does get loud and disturbing during the night.

Pros:

Na avenida principal, da pra ir andando da estação de onibus uns 10 minutos, limpeza otima, cama confortavel, ventilador de teto e ar condicionado, atendimento simpatico, tem secador e ferro de roupa na recepção

Cons:

Fez um pouco de barulho algumas noites, dos bares perto, mas não muito. A agua do chuveiro é muito fraca e a agua quente demora a esquentar e nao esquenta muito.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man fühlt sich außerdem recht sicher in der Unterkunft. Duschzeug war vorhanden, das war toll. Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Selbst mit Oropax hört man den Straßenlärm bis 3 Uhr nachts. Man spürt die Vibrationen vom Bass der nahegelegenen Clubs. Zum Feiern optimale Unterkunft. Zum Schlafen vor 3 Uhr ungünstig.
Unser Zimmer wurde nicht nach 6 Tagen gereinigt. Wir waren von Freitag mit Freitag und unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Das Fenster im Bad war offen und nicht schließbar. Unter der Eingangstüre des Zimmers war ein Schlitz (mindestens. 2-3 cm), wir mußten hier nach einem extra Handtuch zum abdecken fragen. Die Mückennetze an unserem Zimmerfenster waren beschädigt.
