Buon albergo dotato di molti comfort e ottima colazione
Pros:

Colazione a buffet molto ricca con molti prodotti cucinati al momento e freschi. La camera era quasi un mini appartamento con angolo cottura e balcone.

Комфортный отдых у моря. Спокойное и приятное место)
Pros:

Отель расположен в хорошем месте, близко от моря и остановки автобусов и магазинов. До Пальмы примерно 20 мин. Отель современный. Обстановка спокойная. Номер в первом корпусе на 6 этаже довольно просторный, большая ванная комната, терраса с удобной встроенной сушкой для одежды. В номере маленький холодильник с 2 бутылками воды и чайник. Прекрасный вид на море, отели и бассейн. Широкая комфортная кровать.
Уборка номера и замена полотенец каждый день.
Бассейн компактный, но шезлонгов достаточно - всегда есть места.
Можно было взять для пользования пляжные полотенца и менять их по мере надобности.
Просторный ресторан, брали систему полупансион - шведский стол, завтрак и ужин. Еда понравилась, ассортимент достаточный, можно найти еду на любой вкус. Официанты приветливые, аккуратные и хорошо выполняют свои обязанности. В ресторане за ужином часто была живая музыка, что придавало шарм трапезе и общению.
В отеле есть несколько баров и соответствующие залы.
Приятно, что администрация быстро отвечала на наши письма перед приездом и выполнила наши пожелания по номеру.

Cons:

Отель надо оплачивать заранее, что немного напрягает.
В номере вместо классических тумбочек у кроватей пластиковые подставки, вещи (не одежду) положить практически некуда.
Между душевой и комнатой полупрозрачное стекло с рисунком. Не очень приятно делать себе кофе возле стола и наблюдать за человеком в туалете. Для супружеских пар еще ничего, но для других - неприемлемо.
Самая проблемная часть в номере - твердые неудобные подушки. Просили администрацию заменить их - принесли еще такие же, про меню подушек в отеле ничего не знают.
Плохо работающий холодильник починили только в последний день. В номере были муравьи и заполз таракан - администрация никак не отреагировала, муравьи продолжали ползать весь отпуск, вентиляцию сеткой не закрыли.
Просили на ресепшене поменять двойной пододеяльник на два одинарных - просьбу не выполнили.
В корпусе 2 маленьких лифта на 4-5 человек, что явно недостаточно.
Возле бассейна разрешено курение, что мешает некурящим отдыхающим. В большом бассейне неудобные низкие поручни, обычных ступенек вообще нет, пожилому человеку трудно спуститься.
Слишком ранний ужин - до 21.00!
Напитки за ужином платные, небольшой ассортимент рыбы как для Испании.
У моего мужа был день рождения, и я об этом предупредила, но отель никак не поздравил.
