The toilet in room opposite the reception - room 4: needs urgent attention. It was stinking from the down pipe (sewage pipe). It really spoiled our evening and early morning
Kettle in the room has a ridiculous short cord. Sweetners were very hard.
The duvet is flimsy and there’s no extra blanket. The weather was cold, wet and windy.
Health & safety - abnormal sized stairs without a warning
The rooms were clean, and the venue is in a decent neighborhood.
The lack of response from the manager on the bookings.com chat. The place is marketed as a bed and breakfast, but the breakfast is not included. I enquired about the breakfast on the 9th of December and only received a response on the 1st of January. Meanwhile, my stay was from 27 to 29 December. The host on-site was absolutely awful. She had the warmth of Adolf Hitler. Contrary to their advertising, m is nowhere near the beach. The doors are self-locking, so you have to have the key on you at all times. We were told that the on-site manager did not have spare keys. However, she was able to access the rooms and clean them in the morning. Only god knows where she got the keys.

When we checked in we had difficulties, the Receptionist was not aware of our online booking and we had to wait, they had to call the owner to confirm.
Their Front desk should consider having Access to system to see all their Online Bookings to avoid keeping the guest waiting once they arrived and also to avoid double bookings from Walk-in 's and Online Bookings
