Perfect beach front location!
Pros:

The beach is just in front of property (20 meters away)... we could see the beach/ocean from our room!
Jimena was great and helpful, gave us great recommendations for dining and surrounding beaches.
The room was nice and simple, and clean!

Cons:

Perhaps in future the smaller rooms can have a mini bar to keep drinks cold!
Place is great!

Hospedagem bem localizada e com piscina, ideal para ficar perto do movimento de Puerto Escondido
Pros:

A localização é excelente, em frente à Praia de Zicatela e cercada por bares, restaurantes e comércio. A piscina é um diferencial agradável, especialmente para relaxar após um dia de praia. As acomodações são simples, mas atendem bem à proposta da hospedagem

Cons:

Não há café da manhã incluído, o que pode fazer falta para quem prefere essa comodidade. Fora isso, não houve nada que comprometesse a estadia

Excelente ubicación, personal muy atento.
Pros:

La vista privilegiada frente al mar, caminando encuentras restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas, etc.
Las camas, sumamente cómodas.

Cons:

En fin de semana al ser una zona comercial y estar en vía principal, podría haber más ruido de lo habitual. Consideren que hay algunos antros cerca, y se escuchará la música durante la noche.

Pros:

There are lots of places to eat close by, bar, little cafés, it's right on the beach, the pool was nice. Also they had hameck , they had little tables to eat outside each room.

Cons:

No A/C ,the fan they had was really not blowin enough air to cool. Almost no privacy in the WC 🚽, they just have a hanging door that isn't from floor to roof.

Pros:

Great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, night life and market.

Cons:

Have been traveling the world for over 30 years and have never had any issues. I usually avoid daily cleaning service at hotels to avoid issues. Forgot to advise the hotel that no cleaning service was needed and on my last day some cash disappeared from my room. I left it out by mistake and only the maid came into the room. She denied seeing it so there was nothing I could do.

Basic accommodation, great location
Pros:

The location was great! Across from the beach and within walking distance of lots of restaurants/bars. The pool was nice to use when it was hot. The A/C worked well.

Cons:

The bed was terrible. You could feel the springs.

The Basics with a Nice Rustic charm setting.
Pros:

So convenient and steps away from the Zicatela Beach. I liked how rustic and simple it was. The room had a bed, a desk and your own bathroom. I ended up getting one with an A/C because it was too hot for me. They supplied Towels and the Shower had good pressure. I stayed in a room in the back which was nice and quiet. The greenery offered shade and was decorated really nice. On the third floor is a terrace to sit and relax and have a nice view of the beach. There is someone at the property 24/7 in case you need help or you have a late check in. There is a full size pool which I used to cool off before going strolling to the shops and then the restaurants.

Cons:

I have no complaints and if i did have a request they were willing and very accomodating to help me.

Location, Location, Location
Pros:

Very reasonable weekly/monthly rates. Location was great. Swimming pool. Great staff. Had only a fan in the room but it was still comfortable. Marco and Julietta and staff were very friendly. Hotel was away from the discos. Gracias por todos!

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget and won’t be in the room a lot!
Pros:

The staff was very polite and the location is incredibly central, making it easy to get to anywhere along the Zicatela beach by walking. We did have hot water in our room so that was a nice unexpected bonus. Also, the resident hotel cat, Rahoul, was the highlight of our stay!

Cons:

The rooms are extremely spartan. You definitely get what you pay for. There is no A/C, the bed is hard as a rock, and there are minimal electric outlets. Also the lighting goes in and out. However, if you just need somewhere to rest your head at night and aren’t going to be spending much time in the room, it’s perfectly adequate and affordable!
