Location wasn't bad and I was excited that there were laundry services available.
The price for the room was not okay because of the ants, the no hot water, low water pressure and the staff response to wanting to switch hotels.

Look you get what you pay for. With that said, the location is close to the beach. Beds were comfortable and clean. It’s not the Ritz, but I’ll stay again.
The staff were extremely attentive and found space for our motorcycles to be parked under cover and out of sight. The room was very clean. The air-conditioning was very effective. It was quiet. Easy walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The pool was very welcome after a hard days ride.
The wifi was not great at all. I had to sit right by the door of the room to maintain a connection (router is in reception) and even then, it was poor.
A general moan about pretty much all Mexican hotels, so not really a negative but... Can we please have hooks/rails in the bathrooms/room to hang towels etc.,
The staff were so nice and helpful. Let us store our bags and use the pool and bathroom after checkout. The room was great value for money and it was a very pleasant stay.
