For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. The cleaning at the end of the stay is included except for the kitchen and the dishes.

For stays from 4 nights and above, bed linen, towels and the cleaning at the end of the stay are not included. but they could be added in option, after the reservation, on Customer Space Vacancéole.

Pets are allowed (1 max/room) with a supplementary fee (12€/stay and 65€/week). this fee can be added in option, after the reservation, on Customer Space Vacancéole.

For group reservations (from 5 rooms) specific group conditions apply, prepayment of the total amount and cancellation possible until 42 days before the arrival. Please contact us.

An identity proof with photo and a credit card would be request for the registration.

A bank imprint of 300€ is requested at the arrival for the damage deposit and left after the stay. It is conditioned to a property left in good condition (inventory of fixtures as described)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Le personnel a été très accueillant. La localisation et la piscine ont été appréciées.

Cons:

La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos et nous a semblé plus petite. Le ménage laissait a desiré. (Fils d'araignée dans les coins, la vaisselle à relaver, les facades des meubles à nettoyer, après 5 heures de route...) Sur un séjour de 5 jours, nous avons réservé notre dernière matinée sur place pour profiter du petit déjeuner. Nous avons été un peu déçus du coup du peu de choix..

Parfait
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour se rendre au mont-st Michel en à peine 15min.
L'appartement est spacieux et plutôt bien équipé.
Le personnel est agréable, nous avons eu les clefs avant l'heure prévu.
Piscine très agréable.
Le prix plus que raisonnable !

Cons:

Helaas kunnen wij niet echt een beoordeling schrijven over ons verblijf, ons verblijf is helaas door niet op juiste wijze communiceren door accomedatie niet door gegaan.
Wij konden niet tijdens de check in tijden inchecken door omstandeig heden tijdens ons reis er naar toe, wij hebben ver voor de check in tijden meerdere malen gebeld en kregen enkel een antwoord apparaat die op zijn beste frans ons te woordt stond en helaas verstonden wij daar als nederlanders niets van. Wij hebben ook naar booking.com gebeld en aangegeven dat wij het niet zouden redden om te voldoen aan de chek in tijden en dat we door omstandigheden zouden arriveren om 22:30 in de avond, wij zijn netjes vooruit geholpen met als tegen bericht van booking.com dat zij ze wel te pakken kreeg telefonisch en dat de accommedatie ons zou terug bellen en of wij nog even via de booking.com chat ook nog even bericht wilden sturen dat we later zouden arriveren. Om een lang verhaal kort te houden, wij zijn niet terug gebelt en geen tegen bericht via de chat van booking.com ontvangen dus wij stonden daar om 22:30 lekker in het donker voor een gesloten deur. We hebben ze meerdere malen gebeld maar helaas niemand nam op enkel een antwoordt apparaat op zijn frans, booking.com gebeldt en die konden ook niemand te pakken krijgen. Wij hebben een annulering in gang gezet. Beste mensen, na een reis van 8 uur vanuit nederland naar je vakantie bestemming doet veel met je als je voor een gesloten deur sta en ook niemand te pakken kan krijgen van de accomedatie. We hebben volgende dag enkel maar discussies gehad en nog niet eens de vraag of we nog ergens veilig hebben kunnen overnachten, compensatie was niet aan de orde niet eens een voucher of iets dergelijks om ons de volgende keer te verwelkomen.
Voor ons geen Vacancéole - Le Domaine du Mont - Mont St Michel meer !!
