For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. The cleaning at the end of the stay is included except for the kitchen and the dishes.

For stays from 4 nights and above, bed linen, towels and the cleaning at the end of the stay are not included. but they could be added in option, after the reservation, on Customer Space Vacancéole.

Pets are allowed (1 max/room) with a supplementary fee (12€/stay and 65€/week). this fee can be added in option, after the reservation, on Customer Space Vacancéole.

For group reservations (from 5 rooms) specific group conditions apply, prepayment of the total amount and cancellation possible until 42 days before the arrival. Please contact us.

An identity proof with photo and a credit card would be request for the registration.

A bank imprint of 300€ is requested at the arrival for the damage deposit and left after the stay. It is conditioned to a property left in good condition (inventory of fixtures as described)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Un séjour confortable et reposant dans un site français d'exception.
Pros:

Le logement était dans un excellent état avec un bon niveau de prestation pour le prix, la cuisine permettait réellement de de préparer des repas afin de ne pas faire exploser notre budget.
Le balcon était agréable et la piscine très adaptée pour notre enfant de trois ans (et ses parents) qui s'y est beaucoup plu.
L'emplacement est très bon avec beaucoup de sites d'intérêt à moins d'une heure en voiture.

Un très bon rapport qualité/prix à nos yeux.

Cons:

J'aurais apprécié un moyen de limiter notre visibilité sur la terrasse, on y est très visible des autres clients et personnels d'entretien. Les balcons "avec vue sur polder" ont en fait cet intérêt principal de ne pas avoir de vis-vis, j'aurais opté pour cette option si j'avais réalisé cette différence.

Tout a fait correct.
Pros:

Appartement conforme à la description, et très bien situé. Personnel très agréable. Vue superbe.

Cons:

Le Wifi de campagne est un point faible. Quelques fruits frais au petit déjeuner seraient un plus.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, logement très propre, personnel accueillant et agréable.
La piscine est un plus.

Cons:

Seule petite remarque au niveau de la cuisine équipée qui est très étroite par rapport au mur alors que la pièce de vie est relativement grande. Pas très pratique du coup, mais pour deux jours suffisant, pas sur un long séjour.

Cons:

I can't call it really clean. While in general, floors, surfaces and lining was clean, the kitchen and the appliances required cleaning before use. The dishwasher had a terrible smell, so i've opened it just once and never used it.
But the worst. Experience we had in the bathroom. It was fine on check-in, but after first use, it seemed like the floor under the bath got wet due to condensed water and the cat's urine smell started to spread. And it became just worse on the second day. It was so bad, so we tried to avoid using the bathroom and used a kitchen sink to wash the hands.
So yeah, this is a price for renting rooms allowed for pets to stay.

Le personnel a été très accueillant. La localisation et la piscine ont été appréciées.

Cons:

La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos et nous a semblé plus petite. Le ménage laissait a desiré. (Fils d'araignée dans les coins, la vaisselle à relaver, les facades des meubles à nettoyer, après 5 heures de route...) Sur un séjour de 5 jours, nous avons réservé notre dernière matinée sur place pour profiter du petit déjeuner. Nous avons été un peu déçus du coup du peu de choix..

Parfait
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour se rendre au mont-st Michel en à peine 15min.
L'appartement est spacieux et plutôt bien équipé.
Le personnel est agréable, nous avons eu les clefs avant l'heure prévu.
Piscine très agréable.
Le prix plus que raisonnable !
