Location and staff interactions were good. Curb appeal was good but can use tiding up.

Check in was very late and confusing. The late part was due to late flights in not the hotel's issue

Very polite and nice staff, they were trying to help with our problems.

Cons:

We booked the most expensive apartment in this hotel, but there were quite few problems over there.
First of all and the most disappointing that there was no hot water, and we had to shower in different rooms all the times after all day of hiking. Then there was this bad smell coming from the toilet which spread all over the apartment, and finally the curtains didn’t work properly in the main bedroom and we had to sleep with all the light coming from the street, and there was a lot of it.
So it’s not worth its money, the apartment is nice but needs updates. It’s disappointing that we paid three times more for the apartment comparing to other places, and couldn’t get the basics. all the personnel was very nice and helpful though.

Pros:

Hotel en el mismo centro del pueblo y muy cerca de la estación de autobuses. A destacar la amabilidad de las señoras en la recepción que facilitan la estancia, traslados a la estación de buses etc.

I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

It was near shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The shower was warm not hot. The room had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was limited in variety and not high quality.

מיקום המלון מרכזי, נגיש לכל מקום. חדר סופיריו, מרווחת ונקי. בהחלט מלון נעים.

Cons:

חשוב לציין שאין מעלית . ארוחת בוקר דלה, ביחס למחיר. מקלחת מרווחת אך חסרים אמצעים להניח ציוד וזה היה פחות נוח.

Excelente localização
Pros:

O atendimento da recepção e do café é muito bom. A localização é ótima, perto de supermercado, restaurantes e pontos turísticos.

Cons:

Não tem TV smart, a internet não é muito boa e o barulho no quarto é elevado (com os outros hóspedes passando nas portas). O café da manhã é muito simples e quase não tem comidas salgadas.

The older rooms are dated and small. The newer rooms don’t have reliable hot water . We didn’t have breakfast because we left early.
