Le uniche note positive sono state la colazione e la posizione centrale.

Cons:

La struttura è datata, la camera per 3 persone è piuttosto piccola.
La moquette in camera era molto sporca e polverosa. C'era odore di polvere e aria viziata.

Mały butikowy hotel blisko środka małego miasteczka. Personel przyjazny.

Cons:

Okna zasłonięte roleta, bo wychodzą na wspólną galerię, co oznacza, że nie ma dostępu do świeżego powietrza w nocy. To bardziej hostel, niż hotel, a cena za noc bardzo wysoka.

Good stay in central Puerto Natales
Pros:

The hotel is located in the centre of Puerto Natales, within walking distance of the main square, a large grocery store, and the artisanal village. The location is ideal for exploring the city and for taking day trips to the national parks of Patagonia. It seemed like a family‑run hotel, with very kind staff at the reception and throughout the property. The room had a smart TV with plenty of channels, and I could even watch sports for free, which is rare in hotels. Breakfast was good, served in the downstairs restaurant near the reception, featuring carved wooden chairs and spotless tablecloths that changed colour each day.

Cons:

I liked everything. Nothing to complain about.
