Opiniones de hacienda San Miguel Regla
Pros:

Su arquitectura y su contexto y valor histórico así como las caminatas donde explican la historia de ahí. Además no tienen costo y el personal es muy amable, muy apasionado y además conocen muy bien la historia. Y están caracterizados muy bien

Cons:

Que no hay room service. No hay aire acondicionado, las instalaciones ya están algo viejas. El boiler es compartido con otra habitación por lo que el agua caliente se acaba rápido. Además por la chimenea se llegan a meter los mosquitos y una que otra araña. El baño no tiene azulejo ni cancel. Es solo una cortina y por la colocación de la misma respecto de la regadera muchas veces al abrirla, se riega el agua en todo el baño hasta la sección del wc y lavabo, cosa que no debería ser.

Se requiere alguien en recepción en la noche

Todo el personal fue muy amable

Cons:

Hay tours que terminan en la noche y por lo mismo llegas al hotel en la noche, ya no había nadie en la recepción después de las 11 pm y necesitábamos toallas no hubo quien nos apoyará

El restaurante es muy bueno, la comida en general es rica y el personal muy amable

Las habitaciones están un poco descuidadas, no se si todas sean igual pero la que yo elegí tiene alfombra, y estaba muy sucia, la hacienda esta un poco descuidada, mencionan que tiene alberca y si, pero esta en medio de la nada jaja (no esta para nada comoda)
No tienen ni sillas, mesitas, camastros, nada, a parte ya tienen muchísimos azulejos despegados de abajo de la alberca, en el área de restaurante, hay una parte en donde hay como domo, y nos dijeron que no nos podíamos sentar ahí porque había riesgo de que nos cayera algo o se rompiera el domo (área que no estaba cerrada).
Básicamente lo único bueno fue la comida y el personal bastante amable
