Pros:

Tetszett benne, hogy főúttól, forgalomtól messze volt, így csendes, és tiszta a levegő. Családias hangulat volt. A kilátás csodás volt a teraszunkról, lehetett látni a Garda tavat.
Van egy focipálya, ahol minden este 9-10:30 között animátorok vezetésével meccseztek a gyerekek. A kisfiam minden este ott volt. Minden nap volt gyerekdiszkó, utána pedig más programok este, mint pl. bűvészshow.
Kedvesek voltak, mindenben segítségünkre voltak.

Cons:

Amikor kérdeztük, hogyan működik a mosás, azt mondták, 3-4 nap múlva tudnak mosatni. (nem 3-4 nap múlva lett volna rá szükségünk)
Az ételek finomak voltak, és volt választék a vegyesen étkezők számára. De aki mondjuk vegán, annak előre szólnia kell, hogy legyen számára is megfelelő étel reggelire. este több lehetőség volt vegánként.

Talán az egyik legjobb nyaralásunk volt Olaszországban
Pros:

Nagyon segítőkész és tényleg nagyon kedves személyzet (recepció, bár, pool bár), csodálatos panoráma, minőségi reggeli, tiszta szoba nagy terasszal, csodálatos panorámával a tóra, medence is teljesen rendben volt. Szép környezet, nagyon ideális családoknak.

Cons:

Talán a meleg reggeli lehetett volna kicsit választékosabb, de alapvetően minőségi és rendben volt.

Las instalaciones y el personal. Lo más importante y con mucho valor fue la atención del personal.

Cons:

La ubicación. Si no tienes coche no es fácil llegar porque es muy costoso el transporte y el hotel no tiene servicio de Shuttle.

Piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Alle 22:00 si sentono solo i grilli, per chi vuole un po di tranquillità alla sera.

Cons:

Per raggiungere qualcosa è un po fuori dal paese, devi avere la macchina, altrimenti con i mezzi pubblici è più difficoltoso in quanto il bus non passa ogni ora.

Excellent for the families
Pros:

Hotel kompex is excellent for the families and it is nice location with very nice view. They also have animation for the kods what is very nice. I hope we wpuld come soon again in your hotel.

Cons:

I have only one suggestion for the managment. Please make roof on open parking places because when car is for few hours on the sun you need to wait 10-15 minutes to come in the car. This is just sugestion

Pros:

The resort surpasses our expectation in every way.

Location is lovely on a small hill, that oversees the lake with stunning view.

Staff is all friendly and professional and make us feel like home during our week-long stay.

Facilities are superb and really catered toward a kid-friendly environment. Especially appreciated the daily kids programme.

The only note is that it'd not be an easy access if you don't have a car. Otherwise, a superb accommodation if you visit Lake Garda. We will definitely come back if we visit again.

Pros:

La qualité de l’équipement pour les enfants de tous les âges, la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité du buffet

Cons:

Cuisinette dans la chambre mais pas de produit vaisselle ou de nettoyage, les bouteilles d’eau du minibar en chambre pourraient être offertes vu le prix de la chambre (au moins une par jour)

Familienurlaub in gehobenem Ambiente
Pros:

das Essen ( Frühstück und Abendessen ) in Buffettform war sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Bedienung äußerst bemüht und freundlich, der Restaurantchef immer bemüht und ansprechbar. Die Kinderspielräume sind perfekt und großzügig, die Animation sehr nett. Reichhaltiger Programm für Kinder aller Altersklassen

Cons:

Ein paar Kritikpunkte seien angeführt. Das Restaurant unter dem Baldachin ist nicht klimatisiert, die Innentemperatur betrug bei uns 28 Grad - bei Sonneneinstrahlung durch die Fenster wahrscheinlich noch mehr. Im Poolbereich gibt es ebenerdig beim Pool keine Umkleidekabinen oder Sanitärräume. Die steile Wendelreppe zum Untergeschoß ist weder für Kleinkinder noch Gehbehinderte bewältigbar.
