Excellent hotel
Pros:

Fantastic stay, photos don't do it justice. We were a family of 5 with 3 children 7, 11 and 11. Enjoyed the kids entertainment - kids were free to come and go between us and the staff. Food was amazing and very reasonably priced compared to local restaurants. It rained on one of our days and it was so seamless how the facilities transitioned to cope with the wet weather. Shout out to mufdi the lifeguard who was super attentive and the manager of the restaurant who went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. Most of the clientele were German but classy and polite. Highly recommend. Location is also great the local village is cute and not overpriced and easily accessible

Wonderful stay, especially for families
Pros:

The resort has beautiful views of the lake, it is very child and baby friendly, equipped with changing stations, two playrooms (one specifically for babies and the other for children, actually filled with toys) which are actually regularly cleaned, two pool areas dedicated for small children (one inside and one outside) and it even has a small playground. The food is delicious, the rooms are very clean, modern and equipped. The pools are kept clean and constantly checked. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about this place. If I revisit the area I would definitely choose this resort again!

Pros:

Ottima struttura, ottima colazione e la cena a buffet, con ottima scelta di primi e secondi. Camera ampia, un bilocale con cucina (non ne abbiamo usufruito) e terrazza con vista spettacolare sul lago. Tutto è pensato per le famiglie con bambini. Bellissima la sala giochi e le piscine. Personale accogliente e qualificato. Abbiamo assistito ad uno spettacolo di magia molto divertente. Torneremo sicuramente. Complimenti!

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable toujours aux petits soins et avec le sourire !
Le petit déjeuner et le buffet du soir sont très variés et délicieux ! Notre petit de 1 an était ravi des jeux pour les enfants et des piscines. Pour finir l'emplacement est idéal au calme avec une magnifique vue.

Cons:

Les chambres (suite) manquent d'insonorisation. Le nécessaire pour faire la vaisselle (torchon produit éponge) et une bouilloire électrique serait top. Et peut être quelques lumières d'appoint car l'éclairage est un peu fort.

Das gesamte Resort ist wunderschön gepflegt und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Gardasee. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Kombination aus familiärer Atmosphäre, modernem Komfort und italienischer Gastfreundschaft. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt für Familien geeignet.
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und hochwertig, mit frischen regionalen Produkten und einer großen Auswahl für Groß und Klein. Auch das Restaurant am Abend war hervorragend – jedes Gericht war mit viel Liebe zubereitet.
Ein echtes Highlight ist der SPA- und Poolbereich: entspannend, sauber und ideal sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht.
Die Lage ist perfekt, um den Gardasee zu erkunden, und gleichzeitig ruhig genug, um komplett abzuschalten.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Resort von Herzen empfehlen.

Il ristorante a buffet è ben organizzato e il cibo è ottimo. Nota di merito per l'energico e dinamico maitre. Se non avete la mezza pensione consigliamo di prenotare la cena con debito preavviso alla reception.
La saletta giochi è molto apprezzata dai bambini, belli i mini negozi in legno per tutte le età, il videogioco wall per i più grandi.
Bella la piscina esterna. Nei mesi freddi più che sufficiente la piscina coperta e lo scivolo d'acqua per i bambini. La SPA è essenziale ma ben curata e pulita.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Le Torri del Garda FamilySPA Resort e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente, merita assolutamente 10/10.

Il personale è stato perfetto: gentilissimi, disponibili e sempre attenti a ogni esigenza. Si sono davvero superati, facendoci sentire accolti e coccolati dall’inizio alla fine del soggiorno.

La struttura è eccezionale, curata in ogni dettaglio, bellissima e soprattutto pulitissima. Si percepisce subito grande attenzione all’ordine e al comfort degli ospiti.

Anche la cena e la colazione sono state davvero top: tutto molto buono, vario e di qualità, con un servizio impeccabile.

Un posto che consiglio senza alcun dubbio, soprattutto per chi cerca relax, qualità e un’accoglienza di alto livello. Torneremo sicuramente!
