Soggiorno piacevole e staff gentile, ma con alcuni dettagli da affinare
Pros:

L’hotel si trova al centro del villaggio, e il parcheggio a 5 minuti a piedi. La camera non era grande ma confortevole. La SPA è curata e funzionale.

Cons:

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura e, pur apprezzando la cortesia del personale, alcuni aspetti hanno condizionato il comfort del mio soggiorno.
La stanza a mia disposizione disponeva unicamente di una tenda oscurante. Questo limitava la gestione della luce naturale: per avere privacy era necessario chiuderla completamente, rendendo però indispensabile l'uso della luce artificiale anche di giorno. Inoltre, poiché la griglia del riscaldamento è posizionata a ridosso della finestra, la tenda chiusa tende a ostacolare la diffusione del calore nell'ambiente.

Nonostante avessimo prenotato con la formula di mezza pensione (regolarmente annotata sul registro di sala), si sono verificate alcune disattenzioni nel servizio:
Ci è stato inizialmente consegnato il menù alla carta. Abbiamo dovuto attendere circa 30 minuti prima di riuscire a segnalare l'errore e ricevere assistenza e l’acqua.
Per conoscere le opzioni incluse nel nostro trattamento, il personale ha dovuto consultare più volte la cucina, portandoci a ordinare dopo circa 45 minuti dal nostro arrivo.
Anche il momento della colazione è risultato poco fluido. Il personale in sala, seppur gentile, è apparso in sottonumero rispetto al volume degli ospiti, rendendo difficile la gestione del servizio nei momenti di punta.

E’stato un breve soggiorno ma molto piacevole
Pros:

Struttura in pieno centro piacevolmente ristrutturata molto accogliente e con uno staff davvero gentile e disponibile .

Great place to stay - amazing sauna area
Pros:

- very welcoming, the male receptionist (idk his name) has done a great job
- the room was warm, very clean and cozy
- the sauna area is spectacular! absolutely spotless, warm and peaceful
- the restaurant/ kitchen is modern and tasty

Cons:

- the breakfast was mediocre
- the room had a slanted roof over the bed which made it appear a bit cramped
- lots of children running around the restaurant

Familien Urlaub zu sechst, jederzeit wieder :-)!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen, das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung war modern und sauber und das Essen (mittags) im Restaurant war wirklich sehr gut!

Cons:

Wir hatten leider keine Badewanne im Zimmer.

Cons:

Zum Teil sind die Doppelzimmer lediglich mit 140er Betten ausgestattet. Für ein Paar könnte das ausreichen, für Männer im Skiwochenend-Modus ist das eher knapp!
