L'accueil est remarquable. Le personnel est très attentionné. Une vrai pension de famille.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des gâteaux faits maison, qui sont par ailleurs excellents.

Hele fijne kamer.
Goed en vriendelijk personeel.
Erg schoon.
Goede ontvangst en aan de receptie spreken ze goed Engels, ook fijne uitleg over tips voor san Sebastián.

Cons:

Ontbijt kan iets uitgebreider en wat meer aangekleed.

Un encanto
Pros:

Las vistas son impresionantes y el personal muy amable y atento, nos recomendaron un montón de sitios para comer, así como lugares que visitar y como moverse por la ciudad. Tienen parking gratis, recepción 24 horas y la parada de bus en toda la puerta que te baja a la playa en 10 minutos.

Exceptional place
Pros:

The hotel is an absolute gem. It is placed at the foot of the hill with amazing views on the city. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it only takes a couple of minutes to get to the beach or the centre. The hotel is clean, welcoming and has warm atmosphere but most importantly, the most amazing staff. We stayed here in May with our 11 months son and the staff made us feel exceptionally welcome, helped us with food preparation and really anything we needed. I would definitely return here!

Pros:

Gentillesse du personnel. Chambres confortables super petit déjeuner. Le bus n°16 qui s'arrête devant l'hôtel et permet d'aller en ville en laissant sa voiture au parking (gratuit) de l'hôtel.

Pros:

Mooie locatie, uitzicht op zee, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Bus voor de deur en lopend naar de stad was ook mogelijk.

Cons:

Fietsen vanaf de locatie naar de stad was te stijl, maar verder geen probleem.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, vor allem der Blick vom Balkon und die nächtliche Ruhe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die familiäre Atmosphäre.
Der Parkplatz war inklusive und direkt am Haus.
Und es gibt einen Bus vor dem Haus, mit dem man Strand und die Stadt erreicht.

Cons:

Das Bad, nur mit Badewanne und Duschvorhang war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Preis war verhältnismäßig sehr hoch.
