Our stay was easy, peaceful and budget friendly.
Pros:

The staff. From checking in to arranging our shuttle to our next destination, they made the transition very smooth and easy. The place itself is clean and quiet. The rooms are not luxurious but comfortable.

Cons:

The water shutoff at night. We were not made aware of that and used the facilities at night but couldn’t flush the toilet until that morning.

No lo recomiendo. Cancelaron mi reservacion cuando llegue a ciudad de guatemala, avisándome con menos de 1 días de anticipación. Su única opción fue remitirme el contacto de otro hotel que me cobró más de lo que había presupuestado. No respetan al visitante y no ofrecen alternativas para mantener las condiciones inicialmente negociadas y reservadas.

Una estancia calmada y acogedora
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el buen trato del personal. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y absolver mis dudas y preguntas que fueron muchas. Me ayudaron a conseguir traslado desde el aeropuerto de La Aurora hasta Antigua y viceversa. Recomiendo mucho a María José para el traslado, ella es muy amable y atenta.

Cons:

El televisor en la segunda habitación no funcionaba muy bien.

Es una casa antigua estilo colonial muy bien conservaba, todo muy lindo y limpio. Se encuentra muy cerca al cerro de la cruz.

Cons:

Aunque es un lugar muy cómodo y agradable, presenta un pequeño inconveniente con las tuberías de agua, ya que emiten un sonido fuerte, similar a un silbido. Esto puede resultar un poco incómodo, especialmente en la madrugada cuando se utiliza la ducha.
