El tiempo de respuesta muy malo. Escribí alrededor de las 9:30 am para consultar si podíamos hacer check in pasado de las 11 pm y recibí respuesta hasta las 7:30 pm. También pregunté cómo era el proceso para reservar el parqueo y tampoco recibí una respuesta concisa

Excellent Service, clean small room, nice shower and washroom, good location, good price.

Cons:

A small winding staircase for my room that made it difficult to carry a heavy bag, but the receptionist helped with that so even that was fine.

La casa es muy linda, tiene un estilo colonial y desde la terraza se pueden ver los volcanes. Está bien ubicada y te colaboran con transportes y toures.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas de wifi en la habitación y no se podía hacer mucho ruido ya que se escuchaba en otras habitaciones.

Das Hotel ist super schön gestsltet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Betten sind bequem und auch das Bad war stets sauber.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer reichte zur befahreren Strasse und es war ementsprechend laut. Zudem hörte ich Perosonen nach Hause kommen und am Morgen in der Früh beim Frühstück oder Checkout, da sich mein Zimmer direkt oberhalb befand.

Kell a felújítás!!
Pros:

Kedves voltak a recepción és jó helyen van séta távolságra mindentől. A reggeli elfogadható.

Cons:

Nagyon fel kellene már újítani. A zuhanybol árad vissza a lefolyó szag. A mosdó csapot ki kellett támasztani különben a víz mindenhova csurgott csak a mosdóba nem. 6 kor arra ébredtem hogy valaki az üzleti telefonalasat a folyosón végzi. Mondjuk ez nem a hotel számlájára írható, de egy "elnézést a többiek talán még alusznak" lehetne. Nem írtam még talán negatív értékelést. Sajnálom.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la tranquilidad de lugar y que es muy cómodo. El hostal es limpio y, aunque elegí habitación con baño compartido, nunca tuve inconvenientes de cruzarme con nadie o no poder usarlo. La chica me ayudó con todo lo que necesité, incluso consiguiendo transporte para ir al Lago Atitlán. Lo recomiendo !

Cons:

Lo único que siento que podría mejorar es el acceso a la cocina pues no está abierta para los huespedes. Esto facilitaría muchas cosas. Igual, excelente servicio ⭐️
