Pros:

安い。ただそれだけ

Cons:

チェックイン時にデポジット50000ルピアを請求され、チェックアウト時に部屋の確認もせずに返金を拒否されました。備品の破損は無いので返金を要求すると日本人はケチだと文句を言われましたが、そういう問題ではないのでしつこく返金を要求すると怒りながら渋々返金してきました。
トイレットペーパーも石鹸も無いような低レベルな宿なのに、予約時に記載の無い宿泊費とは別の代金（しかも宿泊費の4分の1相当）を請求するなど有り得ません。最悪の宿です

Huge mistake
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Dogs barking, people yelling constantly. Almost completely un-walkable. Not even a hotel. Just a house with a gate that locks from the inside and a guy who sleeps near it to open and close it for you.

The AC is weak, the bathroom is ventilated with just holes in the wall, allowing bugs to come in.

I left within 2 hours of arrival to prevent myself from going absolutely insane. It only had 2 good reviews (likely the 2 owners) and I took the risk. Costs a lot of time and money to switch hotels suddenly. This place is nearly impossible to stay in, let alone sleep in.
