Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis.

Cons:

Tomadas/candeeiros no quarto que não funcionavam. Compreendo que o edifício seja antigo, mas para além disso está pouco conservado.

No pequeno-almoço, para além de não haver reposição de vários artigos, estava muito fraco em relação a variedade. Pelo mesmo preço, já fiquei muito melhor alojada

Muy limpio y cómodo, con muy buena relación calidad-precio

La ubicación para visitar Serra da Estrela, la amabilidad del servicio y q nos dejaron reservar habitación viajando con 2 perros.

Cons:

Por poner una pega, las instalaciones algo anticuadas, pero incluso así, muy limpias.
