Hotel completamente dog friendly, quindi solo per questo merita.
Camera piccolina ma adeguata al contesto e a un weekend fatto velocemente come il nostro. Include un terrazzo per il ns cane. Letto comodissimo,box doccia piccolino.
Tv col volume forse impostato basso dal gestore.
Personale accogliente e disponibile
Bellissima location con piscina e panorama su Civitanova Alta.
La piscina è tranquillamente accessibile per zona bar/aperitivo ma l'utilizzo è opzionale a pagamento.

Beautiful Hotel - writing from the family point of view
Pros:

The location is beautiful. Writing from a family point of view with 2 children aged 13 and 11, you do need to consider renting a car if you would like access to local shops and towns nearby. Otherwise you will need a taxi to take you to the local beach in Civitanova as it is not accessible by walking. The only place you can walk to is the old town of Civitanova Alta. Its pretty there and great to take photos if you like doing that.

The swimming pool kept our kids entertained daily and as guests of the hotel, we paid a slightly cheaper rate than locals at 4 Euros per person per day, instead of 8 Euros as the pool is not part of the hotel. This is predominantly an Italian speaking hotel and area, unlike Bologna where we visit frequently, many of the staff there speak English, so be prepared for Google translate to be your best friend if you do not speak the language! My husband and I knew of this before travelling - you really do get a good authentic Italian experience which was what we were looking for.

The restaurant is good value for money and they serve pizza which ours kids loved, pasta and grilled meats. I've seen others mention it being expensive in reviews, but I didn't think so in comparison with other cities we have visited.

The lady who served us at breakfast was a pleasure, so kind and thoughtful offering us local knowledge and places to visit nearby. She really did make it for us. She was lovely!

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about our stay here. Just keep in mind that access to local neighbouring towns requires a car.

Pros:

Så trevligt ställe, i all sin enkelhet. Utsikten över Marches kullar är fantastisk, poolen är stor och fräsch, maten är toppen - särskilt den hemgjorda pastan med salvia och citron. Rummen är moderna, några med stor terrass med ljuvlig utsikt. Vi stannade en natt och det var toppen som komplement till några dagar i Sirolo ute vid havet.
