Pour le petit-déjeuner super une mise en place part Anna veilleuse de nuit du vendredi soir au samedi matin qui est parfait, très souriante, très attentionné a ces clients et a l'écoute merci à elle

Manque un peut de confort niveau coussin ou oreillier du lit, mais dans l'ensemble parfait merci

Nada, horrible mala atención. La gente muy mala voluntad. Nos trataron pésimo, carísimo y las pieza horribles.
El agua de la ducha parecía lluvia un asco

Buen hotel para pasar
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, llegamos a última hora y aún así nos ofreció la posibilidad de cenar algo caliente, hablan varios idiomas. Nuestras vistas eran a la zona verde, bastante bonita. La habitación es cómoda y tiene lo necesario para una noche de paso.

Cons:

No tienen cargador para vehículos eléctricos, y el más cercano a 500 metros no funciona, lo cual no es su culpa. Les animo a mejorar añadiendo unos, siendo un hotel a pie de autovia para viajes, es un imprescindible. No hay restaurantes ni tiendas alrededor, lo cual tampoco es culpa suya, solo un aviso a futuros huéspedes. Preparan pizzas en un hornito, que estaban buenas, lo cual salva la situación.

Etablissement très correct pour une étape en Bugey

Très bon accueil du personnel. Chambres simples mais fonctionnelles. Literie confortable. Hôtel propre situé à proximité immédiate de l'autoroute. Parking sécurisé fermé la nuit. Une adresse à retenir pour une étape, seul ou en couple, dans le très joli secteur du Bugey.
