Important information:

Please note that the wellness center is located in the neighboring hotel Bystrina. The access is valid only for guests older than 15 years and the entry in swimsuits is not allowed. The opening hours might vary. Please contact the property for further information.

From 25.12.2022 till Easter time is wellness center available free of charge. In other period extra fee is charged for wellness.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Pros:

Stosunkowo niedaleko wyciągów na chopok. Bardzo spokojne miejsce. Darmowy parking. Możliwość zjedzenia w pobliskiej Kolibie.

Geri pusryčiai, patogi vieta, puikus susisiekimas su slidinėjimo centru, netoli autobusų stotelė. Puikus SPA.

Polecam nocleg. Restauracja w budynku obok - nie można narzekać, ale nie oczekujcie wykwintności.

W restauracji jedzenie ( kolacja z menu) przeciętne, kelner ''zachwiany'' - nie miałem alkomatu, żeby coś więcej napisać, ale 3 razy podchodził zapytać co chcemy zamówić. Na podanie jedzenia długo czekałem - miałem dużo wolnego czasu, a więc nie narzekam :).
Śniadanie - jak za ''takie '' pieniądze to słabo - wybór mały, to co było na ciepło to już nie doniesiono.

Pros:

Hezký hotel zasazený do krásné krajiny. Velice ochotný a vstřícný personál a hlavně paní recepční. V okolí spousta možností výletů.

Lokalita, čistota, ústretovosť a ochota personálu, parkovanie, balkónik na izbe, útulná izba

Cons:

Raňajky mohli byť lepšie, výber bol obmedzený, chcelo by to čestvé pečivo, chýbala praženica, niektoré položky už o 9.45 neboli k dispozícii, chýbal čistý zelený čaj bez príchutí.

Pros:

Very good service, nice restaurant, friendly staff, everything was perfect. Including free wellness, it was a big surprise and very satisfying addition to my stay. Definitely worth coming back.

Nice place, good location to discover the surrounding area
Pros:

Helpful ladies at the reception, nice location, clean rooms.

Cons:

Unfelpful staff in the restaurant. I had to claim because I've been overcharged (by mistake hopefully) but they did not wanted to accept. It's totally no go... otherwise wide range of traditional foods and very nice location.
9 out of 10 points because of the professionalism and helpfulness os the reception.

Superb
Pros:

We ended up staying at sister Hotel Bistrina, which is few steps away and has a spa (didn’t use). I’d expert they both provide same comfort. Room was good,comfortable,clean. Breakfast at the Koliba very good, nice selection. We also dined at the Koliba and enjoyed that. Location is at the beginning of Demanovska Dolina,we used car to get to Jasna because it was already out of high season. During main ski season I would suggest skibus,due to lack of parking possibilities in Jasna.

Cons:

I’d appreciate a hanger for wet cloths,as we used all the available hanging spaces very quickly (specific situation after a day on wet snow and then water park,there’s a lot to dry out). Otherwise nothing to complain,nice place,staff welcoming.
