Well located, clean and simple
Pros:

Simple and comfortable hotel. We spent the days on a hike and only used the facilities for sleep and showering. The hotel is clean and we had no problem with the hot water.

Cons:

All rooms face the parking lot- which is limited- so it is noisy on the weekends. The staff forgot to give us indications so the first day our room was not serviced.

Good, not great. A nice budget experience.
Pros:

The property was very cute and the owner kind. He let us in even after check in closed and answered all of our questions. The rooms were very clean and although there wasn't heating there were sufficient blankets. We were provided with bottles of water, towels, and basic toiletries.

Cons:

There is very limited and tight parking. There was construction going on right above our room. Nobody was there for our checkout in the morning, so we just left the key in the room. The bathroom ran out of hot water pretty quickly.
