Beautiful location.

Cons:

The service at the restaurant was absolutely terrible! Waited for more than an hour for food to arrive, when it finally did, 2 plates were missing. Waited another half an hour for the rest of the meals to arrive.

Pros:

We enjoyed everything this hotel. We had a special request for breakfast, which was met on both mornings. The hotel was neat and tidy and service was great. The room was a perfect size for the 3 of us. and the carpet floors made playing safe.

Great stay in the Vaal
Pros:

The gardens are well kept and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was a feast.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were adequate. Location was good and close to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The staff at front desk were not accommodating. There was alot of noise at times in the main foyer and with little supervision of guests.

It was alright, the facilities were amazing, but some of the staff weren’t great
Pros:

It’s absolutely stunning, the rooms were clean, easy to check in and check out, the breakfast was delicious and the view was amazing especially being on the water

Cons:

Food takes extremely long and we were waiting for 2 hours to realise that they haven’t even started making the order, we had to beg them to make it. Mind you this was after we had our drinks and tipped the guy a lot then decided let’s order food and waited years for it to come so we told them to cancel the order
