The best Staff ever😊
Pros:

The Staff was incredibly helpful, professional and optimistic. I would gladly stay there again and again just because of the friendliness of the staff.

Thank you for your hospitality it was good
Pros:

I was the with my wife for her birthday and the staff and the hotel helped with the organization of the extra things I asked them to do.
Eg.taking picture's as she walked in.keeping the flowers and bringing them after she sat down.the food was good and the room.

We booked 2 rooms, 227 for my 2 sons and 228 for us. Unfortunately the aircon was not warm enough in their room, 227.

Definitely be back again.
Pros:

Clean at all times and the staff were all friendly. Jimmy and Maggie were amazing.
Breakfast and room service was good. Also made use of the laundry service which was good.
Loved the resident cat who was as friendly as the staff.

Cons:

The water felt “slimy” and smelt like river water.
Aircon is too loud in the rooms.
