Excelente para quem quer descansar da praia, jantar e passear.
Pros:

Excelente localização.
Prédio remodelado com qualidade.
O Sr. Joaquim é atencioso e disponível.
Sem pequeno-almoço, no entanto, a 50 metros, no Alkazar Gourmet come-se com qualidade e simpatia.

Pros:

O quarto era bastante confortável e cómodo. O alojamento está bem localizado, junto ao rio, inserido nesta vila calma, sossegada e bonita. Uma experiência incrível que seguramente será repetida.

Pros:

The beds were confortable. The river view was very nice. We had a quiet night sleep.

Cons:

No kettle, no microwave, and lacking basic toiletries (not even shampoo for the first night). The suite has a dining table and chairs, which feels misleading when there's absolutely no way to even heat food in the room. There are also no major delivery appa options in the area, so eating in simply isn't practical.
The decorative pillows were visibly dirty and should have been changed before check-in. Finally, be prepared for a significantly steep staircase to reach the rooms specially if you are carrying heavy luggage as there's no lift.

Much better than anticipated
Pros:

Great location, with front view to the Sado river, the room was much bigger than anticipated (sleeping area, living area and bathroom), the bed was good and very large, good quality/price relationship, the instructions of the room were very clear.

Cons:

The stairs of the building (two flights of stairs), are, indeed, very steep, and might be problematic for some guests... Other than that not really anything else to say.

An sich gute Unterkunft, aber Nachbesserung ab es arg.
Pros:

Frühstück war nicht vorgesehen. Lage am Fluss sehr gut. Auch ruhig. Bad OK.

Cons:

Beleuchtung sehr 'kalt' (wie in einem OP). In der Dusche keine Seifenablage an der Wand, auf dem Boden sehr unpraktisch. Das WC zu eng am Waschtisch - für grössere Menschen zu eng. Toilettenspülung unsicher. Kücheneinrichtung musste angefragt werden - Eigentümer haben aber schnell reagiert.

La cama era cómoda y un baño grande.

Cons:

La hora del check out,la hora de la salida demasiado temprano, a las 10:30, estamos de vacaciones y no te gusta estar tan pendiente de la hora, que mínimo que fuera a las 11 de la mañana como muy temprano. Y la luz de emergencia molestaba por la noche, la cama debería estar en la pared de enfrente,para que la luz no molestará tanto

Great location, clean & tidy.

Cons:

We've stayed at many places on our Portugal trip, this one was the worst price to quality ratio. Apartment is tiny. We booked double, but found 2 single beds. No hairdryer or even a kettle. Shower drain seemed to be clogged - we were afraid to flood the bathroom. The town is dead in April, we found a working (open) restaurant on the 4th attempt.
