Die erste und letzte Nacht von 4 Übernachtungen waren super, eine Ruhe im Haus. Zimmer war von der Strasse abgewant, also schön leise. Poolanlage sah schön aus, aus Zeitgründen leider nicht genutzt. Betten ganz ok.
Frühstück nicht gebucht. Zwei Nächte waren 3 Busse mit Jugendlichen da, Nachtruhe gab es nicht und früh ab 6:00? ratterten Klapperwagen im Haus und vorm Fenster, das war nicht schön.

The restaurant closes at 5pm. There are no restaurants close by.. my son and I went to sleep without eating. I thought that maybe the staff could help point us to where customers usually eat in the evening.. we were advised to go to 7/11. With no restaurants close, surely they'd make money selling food to hotel guests...
Staff levels seemed low so perhaps they are usually able to provide food, perhaps it was just a quiet week.
I was advised by some fellow guests that the water park does nice food but that closes at 6pm.. so you'll have to eat early or take a bit of a trip for your evening meal. Good luck finding somewhere in Nong Han.
Not far from Lotus lake, around 20km, still it's far from downtown and restaurant close very early. Hard to find place for dinner. The hotel couldn't arrange breakfast since it's just open after covid-19, so we found it's inconvenient to get both dinner and breakfast.
The hotel staff couldn't give good advice about things around the area ie restaurant, direction, etc.
We request room close to to each other, but they couldn't arrange that even most of the hotel rooms 's not booked.
Room was nice and big.
The shower was really bad. Breakfast was mediocre. No bar or other facilities.
customer service was excellent, the Cleanliness was excellent. The stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
