Pros:

The breakfast was really good, great views and good accommodation. The staff were incredible and helpful. I was climbing the Matterhorn and sleeping in the carrel hut for a night in between my stay and they helped move and watch my luggage while I was gone

Outstanding breakfast for this level of hotel.

Cons:

Beds were a bit narrow but we slept quite well.
WC was a bit small for three but again we were fine.
No AC - it’s been a hot summer in Europe.
