Pros:

Great location, great food, breakfast is good. Staff are friendly.
The bed is so comfortable.

The restaurant was superb - good parking facilities & nice outdoor area
Staff all helpful & friendly

Cons:

Rooms in poor state of repair - windows dirty & paint peeling - shower tray was disgusting with visible black mould

Pros:

Emplacement idéal avec arrêt de bus devant. Chambre confortable. Accès aux chambres sécurisés par un badge.

Cons:

La douche pas vraiment étanche avec de l’eau qui coule du côté des wc. La porte de la salle de bain de fermé pas à clé le verrou était cassé

Le personnel très aimable et accueillant
Le petit déjeuner très complet
Un grand parking gratuit
Un arrêt de bus (ligne 270 ou 17) pour aller dans le centre de Brighton au pied de l'hôtel
Grande chambre, calme et propre
Restaurant Grill au sein de l'hôtel (pas tester)

Poubelle trop petite dans la chambre mais vidée tous les jours

Room without air conditioning so ridiculously warm, windows (tiny) were open but still no air, stuffy and far too warm. Fans were provided but not powerful enough to make a difference. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. No water in the room.

Breakfast was good with lots of choice
Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

We found empty wine bottles in a cupboard
Not much space for storage if staying more than one night
Bathroom had hole in wall next to toilet which looked as though toilet paper had been used to plug the hole

avoid much better options around
Pros:

the location worked for us and we had parking included

Cons:

we had to move rooms as the toilet flush wasnt working. the room we were moved to had no window and was tiny - felt very claustrophobic. no compensation offered.
we ate at the restaurant but as we ate outside we had to pay there and then, food wasnt great!
staff were not helpful

Kostenloser Parkplatz, freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, bequeme Betten, Zimmer war groß genug, weiche Handtücher/Badetücher, Kaffee und Tee am Zimmer

Cons:

Leider befahrene Straße in der Nacht, Klimaanlage Geräusche vorm Fenster

Good but not great
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.
The shower and bathroom were spotless
The location was a tiny bit too far out for us but great if you want peace and quiet
The staff were pleasent but not overly friendly

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing,no option of continental and hot food.only apple or orange juice,but endless tea and filter coffee was a positive.
The carpet in the room was badly stained and the view was awful.
