Everything, location, style, layout, food and and room were nice
Long mirror in bedroom had no light every hard to see properly . Mirror in the bathroom was not bright enough and hard to see as your couldn't get that close.
Good location away from the city centre.

Clean towels piled up on the floor in the corridor, not not very hygienic

It's handy if you have a child at Varley Park, we stay here for drop.off and pick up. Often get the bus into town. Saves trying to park in town.

Location, big room, comfortable bed
We have stayed before and the price has gone up significantly with nothing changed re facilities etc.
Also the hospitality tray was very poor.
Our room wasn’t great it was so hot and we had a fan but it barely worked the towel rail in the bathroom actually came on in the evening which made matters worse! We left early as it was to unbearable to stay in the room no one was around so we Handed our keys to the cleaner when we left.
The view from the window was just wires and cables!

Ivm de hoge temperatuur was airco fijn geweest. Kamer was nu erg heet ondanks de 2 ventilatoren die waren weg gezet
I booked well in advance for a conference. I have a disability and struggle with stairs. I added a note to my booking to ask for a ground floor room. When I arrived the staff told me matter of factly that they didn't read the notes they can now see them and my room is on the 2nd floor with no lift. They told me alothough there was another room free lower down they couldnt give me that as another guest will be checking into it dor longer. This created a huge amount of stress. I had to spend the evening checking out other hotels in the area for accessibility which cost me more than double the price given the on the day premium. Shocking and disappointing mostly very stressful
The lack of attempt to help resolve the issue or apology. The lack of care when accepting my booking and preparing for the day I was simply told oh sorry the low down rooms were given out earlier someone never looked properly at your booking.
Pas de climatisation alors que les chambres sont sous les toits. Mais bon là chaleur ne fait pas parties des habitudes météo de la région 😊
