Excellent.
Pros:

The room was okay in size and clean, the bed was comfortable and bedding and towels were nice and clean. The breakfast was extremely good with a good choice of full English which we had. All staff were particularly friendly and polite. Thank you.

Overnight stay with a lovely steak meal
Pros:

Rooms have been redecorated since my last visit 2 years ago which was good and large new HD TVs have been installed. Good cooked breakfast was value for money. Easy to find and convenient for the A23 and A27. Nice to just drop downstairs for a lovely Miller & Carter quality steak meal.

Cons:

The WiFi Is a bit inconsistent whereby it kept disconnecting and I thus had reconnect multiple times. Short

Pros:

Situation, car park, easy to get into Brighton- bus stop right outside.
Staff efficient and friendly, easy to check in and out.
Food delicious
Room and bed comfy and cozy
Powerful shower and hot

Cons:

Decor needs updating ie: paint peeling on walls and some holes need fixing but didn’t distract from a lovely stay

Pros:

Lige ved busstoppestedet fra lufthavnen og nær smukt grønt område. Lige omkring hotellet er der små smalle bakkede gader med fine klassiske gamle huse. Morgenmaden var god, og der var meget at vælge imellem

Reasonable hotel.
Pros:

Location. Property has plentiful on site parking and it is easy to get into Brighton from there by bus.

Cons:

Room at front of property faced onto the main road in and out of Brighton and secondary glazing did little to alleviate constant traffic noise. Shower room/wc too small. Reported room heater hanging off the wall at one end.

Nice ambiance of a hotel and excellent staff. Beds comfortable, but the room (201)needs renovating
Pros:

Reception Staff were very friendly and efficient. Restaurant has a lovely ambiance. Waiters were very professional and attentive. Bed was super comfortable. Room big and spacious.

Cons:

Our room (201?) had peeling and damp paint on the ceiling/wall as well as the corridor before entering the room. I am surprised about this as it is suppose to be the four star hotel(!). This is the reason why I put "no" to the question of "did it meet your expectation of the room". This is about my 4th time visiting the hotel and I had no issues about the rooms in the past. Mirror in the bathroom is peeling off and the bathroom in general looks tired.

Location and that there is a parking space

Cons:

Discussing stained carpets that you wouldn't even want to walk on with your slippers on. Toilet smells, bedding wasn't clean, no complimentary water, tea cups were not clean, generally very poor cleaning standards

Good location and clean room. If I stayed again I wouldn’t buy the breakfast.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were very clean.
The bed was comfortable.
The staff were all very helpful, polite and easy to find.

Cons:

The room was cooler than we would have liked. The small heater in the corner didn’t heat up the room well at all. There were no extra blankets to add to the bed to keep us warm overnight.
The breakfast wasn’t good at all. Burned bottom of fried eggs made the whites inedible. Only 1 poached egg. Some bits cold and some warm.
We waited a long time to get our food served.
No dairy free spread as an alternative to butter. My daughter was offered marmalade as a substitute.
