Poor value for money after high expectations. The restaurant was good but expensive.
Pros:

Location was good for travelling into Brighton centre by bus.

Cons:

Bedroom was tired and the bathroom needed refurbishing with poor plumbing and dirty shower sealant. No air conditioning although a fan was provided.

Ampio parcheggio interno alla struttura e possibilità di raggiungere brighton in modo facilissimo con diversi bus.

Cons:

Si sente un po' di odore di cucina dalla finestra, quindi meglio tenerla chiusa la camera dovrebbe avere un minifrigo, chi viaggia in auto magari ha un po' di food dietro.
