Cons:

The false fire alarm was going off intermittently from midnight to morning. I guess the staff didn’t know how to fix it. The alarm was keep waking us and our baby the whole night

Could have been better. But not awful

The staff were all friendly and attentive to all the guests. The room was clean and well maintained

Cons:

Well as a first point, the fire/burglar alarm went off at 3am... several times once it reset until 3.45. I couldn't get back to sleep so it was a rough night. But i was looking forward to breakfast and while it was nice - the whites were inedible. The pan was too high or had dirty oil. Either way it wasn't pleasurable. I was too tired to argue or mention and wanted to sign out

Being woken up for approx 2 hrs at 3 in the morning with a faulty fire alarm going off wasnt great..especially as we were driving home that morning & needed a good nights sleep..

It’s okay. For the price can book better hotels
Pros:

Room was place but needs modernising.

Cons:

Floorboards so creaky, door locks are a little haphazard and awkward. Cost is high compared to rest of hotels in Brighton. Miller and carter restaurant downstairs is expensive

Great location, can catch bus directly into Brighton. Free parking. Good food menue. Staff helpful ans friendly.

Perfect stay
Pros:

We were met professionally and a warm welcome. The location was perfect to us - walks, frequent buses to Brighton and plenty of parking.
Due to a towel radiator, we did not need room service as the room was spotless at the beginning. The staff gave us everything that we needed when we asked. Even another chair but they did not supply a table for board games. The food was delicious in the restaurant.

Cons:

Even though the room and bathroom were spotless, it had mould on the ceiling of the shower cubicle and the surrounding area of the shower could be tidied.

Most enjoyable, great time.
Pros:

The whole experience, room staff food bar adequate parking. We had an enjoyable experience and would definitely use again.
