W hotelu spędziłam 4 dni i były to niestety 4 NAJZIMNIEJSZE 4 dni i noce spędzone w moim życiu za 1650 zł. W pokoju panowała temperatura ok. 15 stopni ( na pseudotermometrze pokazuje 23,5 st C ? ). W pierwszym dniu juz zauważyłam ze o godz. 14 brak cieplej wody ktory zgłosiłam obsłudze- Pani obcojezyczna próbuje mi wmówić ze tak działa system pompy ciepła ze nie ma wody. Wieczorem i w nocy brak ogrzewania nie ma szans zeby ręczniki, stoje kąpielowe wyschły- rowniez to zgłosiłam pani jedyne co zaproponowała dodatkowe koce ,ponieważ dodatkowa posciel poduszka 10 zl za sztukę. Ręczniki rowniez wymieniają co 3 dni ale prosić sie trzeba ....

-Absolutny brak wyciszenia w pokoju. Mieszkaliśmy na 1p niedaleko windy, i bez zatyczek do uszu można zapomnieć o spaniu. Każdy komunikat głosowy windy, każdą rozmowę, kroki z korytarza słychać jakby drzwi były otwarte
-Spa - owszem, jest, ale otwarte od godziny 18 do 21, więc jeśli ktoś chce skorzystać poza tymi godzinami - można zapomnieć. Na stronie internetowej tej informacji nie ma w żadnym widocznym miejscu.
-Chciałem wziąć prysznic około godziny 15, ale okazało się, że nie ma ciepłej wody. Wieczorem już tego problemu nie było. Powtórzyło się to dwa dni z rzędu, więc domyślam się, ze to nie przypadek/awaria tylko celowe oszczędności (tak jak w przypadku SPA)
-Woda w jacuzzi miała temperature średnią, zdecydowanie wolelibyśmy cieplejszą - niestety nie da się tego zmienić. Nie zachęcia do spędzania w niej czasu, a szkoda, bo jacuzzi jest czyms za co zawsze dopłacamy żeby było w hotelu.
Śniadania pyszne
Telewizor na przeciw balkonu bokiem do łóżka i sofy.. a wystarczy zamontować ramię i bedzie wygodnie w każdej konfiguracji .
Łóżka strasznie miękkie jak dla nas , ale to pewnie kwestie indywidualne..
Śniadanie wyjatkowe, jakość produktów znakomita, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
Zarówno lokalizacja, jak i standard pokoju adekwatny do ceny. Personel niezwykle pomocny i sympatyczny. Śniadania bardzo zróżnicowane i bardzo smaczne. Lokalizacja w bardzo dobrym punkcie( wszędzie blisko). Strefa SPA zawsze dostępna i świetnie wyposażona. Serdecznie polecam na spokojny odpoczynek w otoczeniu natury, gdzie obsługa hotelowa jest zawsze serdeczna i uczynna.
