Disappointing Stay Despite a Good Location
Pros:

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location — it is quite central in Cortina. Unfortunately, everything else was very mediocre.

Cons:

We had booked a mountain-view room, but we were given a very low-floor room with a cramped and disappointing view. When we asked to change it, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and no alternatives were available.

Another major issue was the hot water. It was extremely weak and almost unusable. We reported this twice, but the problem was never properly resolved during our stay.

The breakfast was well below average. It mainly consisted of different kinds of pastries, the bread was tasteless, and the overall variety was very limited. Considering that many guests come to Cortina for skiing, a much more substantial breakfast would be expected.

This was my third time visiting Cortina, and unfortunately this hotel provided the worst accommodation experience I’ve had here so far.

Lovely property, comfortable, great view.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options. The location was close to the downtown but far enough to be quiet. The view from my room was amazing.

Cons:

Parking is a bit challenging and tight. There are a few places out front but they were being renovated while we were there. That being said, the owners were very accommodating.

Pros:

The stuff was very kind, nice and helpful. Mr. Francesco helped very much regarding questions of Cortina and Ski area! The breakfast was delicious! And great location. I recommend 100%!
