Nice view on the balcony and over the garden, close to the forest
At the time probably no other guests, so was very quiet in the evening
Nice park nearby, big shop/small coffee shop also
Easy parking
No breakfast and coffee option in the morning at the premise
I'd rate room/bathroom facilities as average overall
Depending what you want - it has nice view and is close to nature, but still some mileage away from V. Tarnovo and Arbanasi , so you have to go back and forth
There was no breakfast. No food available at the hotel but within a short walking distance. The hotel is outside the city and bordered with a large forest with walking trails and nearby monestary. I enjoyed the natural surroundings and quietness of the hotel. Walking to the restaurant, there is a large park on the way to town center.
It would have been good to have food available at the hotel.
Everything is ok with this hotel , it is a good choice.
In the bathroom there is a smell from the entire column, probably they lack a water filter to.block the smell. This does not happens in every moment, just some waves.
This is the best place that I stayed in Bulgaria. The room is cozy and clean, the owners are super hospitable and nice, and the garden is just fantastic!
The only little issue is that we couldn't pay by card. But it's not a problem, there is an atm in a walking distance.
It was nice overall.
The staff was kind, but we had to go a few times to our car for luggage and the hosts were quick to remind us (a few times) that we had to leave our keys. It would be good as well, if the host did told us when we were checking in that if we want breakfast we have to mention it in advance, otherwise the kitchen opens at 11 am.
The place is clean and tidy. The staff is also friendly. However, for 2 nights, we did not have decent sleep for the following reasons: The bed mattresses were hurting physically due to poor quality, and a gang of noisy people kept us awake till early morning. Good for hanging out in the open for a few hours. Do not recommend a night of sleep.
Please, take care to ensure good sleep for your guests. Otherwise, there is no point in traveling to your place.
The location is ok for children even if it's far from Veliko Town.
Rooms are ok, even if they don't have shower or bathtube. You will need to take a shower on the foor.
The don't have a courtain for the windows. The sun will wake you up early in the morning, mostly if you will be with children there.
The host is ok if you don't need her. If you have any ask like below she will be very rude to you
I was with my two year child and arrived around 12 o clock. Even if the room was ready, she won't let us in the room until the check in hour ( no exceptions for childs).
The restaurant was opening at 10 a clock, my child wakes up at 6. I ask the men from the reception if I can cook something for my child, he let me and give me everything I needed, then the old lady arrived and told me that I should get out from there because this is a hotel, not a guest house, and she won't tolerate my behavior. I was doing nothing, just sitting there and asking for permission. No possibility to discuss anything because they don't know any english or other language than bulgarian.
I will never do something without permission or if I had any other possibility, like eat at their restaurant. If you want to relax and enjoy the things with your children, go in other place. Here you will only get annoyed and be followed be the host everywhere you'll go.
