Clean rooms and great service
Pros:

Very friendly service from extremely helpful staff. Had some difficulties with my phone during my stay, and Eemon at Reception went above and beyond to help. Despite it being New Year's Eve, he gave me a loan of his phone charger, and then arranged for a taxi to take me to a phone repair shop so that I could rest easy and enjoy my short stay with them. Would highly recommend the hotel based on the service alone.

Após efetuarmos o check-in e nos deslocarmos ao quarto que nos foi atribuído, verificámos que o mesmo se encontrava completamente sujo e em condições inaceitáveis de higiene. Dirigimo-nos de imediato à receção para reportar a situação, tendo-nos sido atribuído um segundo quarto.

Contudo, ao abrirmos a porta desse novo quarto, constatámos que o mesmo se encontrava já ocupado por outros hóspedes, situação extremamente grave e reveladora de falhas sérias na organização interna.

Deslocámo-nos novamente à receção, sendo-nos então atribuído um terceiro quarto. Infelizmente, também este apresentava condições de higiene muito deficientes: toalhas sujas escondidas dentro do guarda-roupa, casa de banho com forte humidade e ausência total de gel de banho e shampoo.

Voltámos a reportar todas estas situações na receção, mas nada foi feito para compensar os transtornos causados, nem nos foi apresentada qualquer solução adequada ou pedido formal de desculpas.

Considero que a experiência ficou muito aquém dos padrões mínimos expectáveis, tendo sido marcadamente negativa desde o momento da chegada.

Face ao exposto, solicito uma resposta formal a esta reclamação e uma proposta de compensação adequada pelos incómodos e falhas graves no serviço prestado.

Aguardo o vosso contacto com a maior brevidade possível.

A localização era boa, o hotel cheirava bem.

Cons:

Na casa de banho apareceu agua de esgoto, a televisão não funcionava, o secador de cabelo não funcionava, a banheira não vedava a agua.
