Personal war zuvorkommend Schwimmbad war sauber

Hotelzimmer wurde müller nicht alles am 2tag nicht alles entsorgt und Weingläser nicht ausgetauscht

Struttura datata, assolutamente non da 4 stelle, così come i servizi.

Cons:

Solo il personale del ristorante era gentile e disponibile. La spa era decente ma la piscina interna era inutilizzabile per acqua troppo fredda. Il personale dell’hotel non era gentile e faceva fatica a parlare inglese. La qualità del cibo del ristorante purtroppo lasciava a desiderare.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider hat die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig gelassen: Essensreste von vorigen Gästen im Kühlschrank, neues Toilettenpapier mussten wir bei der Rezeption anfragen, Kosmetikeimer im Bad quoll über, wurde aber nicht geleert - schade, da kann man bei dem Preis durchaus mehr erwarten.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Maisonette Zimmer. Wir wurden sowohl am Empfang als auch in der Gaststätte freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt.

Rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub !
Pros:

Sehr gut gefallen haben uns die Barrierefreien Zimmer. Super geeignet für Rollstuhlfahrer.
Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichlich. Alles da.
Wir hatten Halbpension, das Abendessen war auch für jeden was dabei und reichlich.
