Schönes Hotel, aber leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung bei der Abrechnung!

Das Hotel war wirklich sehr schön, sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns als Familie grundsätzlich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Leider gab es aber ein großes Problem mit unserer Buchung und der Bezahlung.

Ich hatte für meine Familie zwei Zimmer gebucht. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer getrennt voneinander liegen. Das war für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern nicht geeignet.

Deshalb haben wir nur ein Zimmer genutzt und ein zusätzliches Bett bekommen. Damit waren wir zufrieden und es hat für unsere Familie gut gepasst.

Die große Enttäuschung kam allerdings bei der Abrechnung: Obwohl wir nur ein Zimmer genutzt haben, mussten wir am Ende trotzdem für beide Zimmer bezahlen.

Das empfand ich als sehr unfair und enttäuschend. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass man uns vorher klar und ehrlich über die Kosten informiert und eine faire Lösung gefunden hätte.

Es ist wirklich schade, denn das Hotel selbst, das Frühstück und das Personal waren sehr gut. Aber durch diese Erfahrung wurde unser ansonsten schöner Aufenthalt leider getrübt.

Mein Fazit: Ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, aber bei der Kommunikation und der Abrechnung wünsche ich mir deutlich mehr Transparenz, Ehrlichkeit und Fairness gegenüber Familien.

Very comfortable room. Beautifully view. Impressive breakfast. Staff is pro and friendly.

Light buttons position on the bed wall makes to switch lights on when sleeping. More pillow was expected.

Das Konzept vom Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen. Man konnte morgens einfach selber entscheiden, ob man frühstücken will. Und es war Frühstück a la carte. Man suchte sich was aus und das wurde dann gebracht. Das Frühstück selbst war sehr gut. Top Qualität!

Cons:

kein Waschbecken im WC Raum, der Raum mit Bad mit Waschbecken war komplett aus Glas, zwar getänt, aber man hatte kein Sichtschutz, man konnte vom Zimmer reinsehen
