非常棒

出门就能看到富士山，离河口湖大桥也很近，老板提供接送服务，很贴心。可以泡澡，很舒服

El onsen aunque era algo cutre

Cons:

Pagamos más por una habitación con vistas al Fuji y nos dieron una que apenas se veía. Si no nos quejamos no nos la cambian... La recepcionista era borde de cojones, no entiendo cómo ponen a una persona con 0 don de gentes en ese puesto... El hotel está donde Cristo aparcó la moto de agua. Muy retirado y alejado del centro del pueblo. He dormido anteriormente en tatami con futones, pero estos eran más finos que un papel de fumar... Todo mal. Los onsen no están muy allá pero son onsen.

なんだこんなに口コミや評価がいいのかわからない。
Pros:

布団が綺麗だった。まともだった。

Cons:

お風呂が熱すぎて子供は入れない。
廊下のカーペットがジトジトで、据え置きのスリッパも汚くて履けないし、靴下で移動するしかなかった。
部屋のトイレの照明が壊れてた。

通常のサービス提供できない場合は必ず記載して欲しい！僕のようなガッカリする人を減らしたい！
Pros:

お部屋自体は大人３人子ども１人で十分な広さでした！洗面所、冷蔵庫、トイレも完備されていて快適でした！

Cons:

建物自体が所々改装中なこともあり、ホコリ汚れなどが多々ありました。大浴場も女性は使用可でしたが男性のほうは使えず代わりのシャワーと浴槽別のお風呂といった感じでした。一泊２食付きで利用したのですが、２食とも手作りのお弁当でした。
上記の件Webサイト、予約サイトにもなにも記載されていなかったのでとても残念でした。ご飯とお風呂を楽しみにしていた分とても残念に感じました。

ここに泊まるならラブホに行った方がマシ。
Cons:

セキュリティがガバガバ。
チェックインが20時すぎる場合はスマートチェックインがあると言われて、安心していたら、
受付(無人)にファイルと鍵が置いてある。
私たちの分だけではなくスマートチェックインの人
全室の鍵(8部屋とか)なので他の部屋の鍵を
持っていこうと思えばすぐ持って行ける。

お風呂に関してはこの仕組みを知っているなら誰でも無料で入れるレベルのセキュリティ。襲われるんじゃないかと思いながらお風呂に入った。

そしてスタッフに関しては
昼間何度電話しても繋がらない。
繋がったと思ったら外国人がカタコトで話していて
言いたいことが伝わらない。
チェックインが20時すぎると前日外国人に
伝えていたが、当日このサイトのメールで
「20時過ぎてもお見えにならなかったのでスマートチェックインにします。」とか言われる始末。

部屋も部屋の前まで誰でもこれる
セキュリティなのでまじで怖いです。
フェスで疲れてたから寝れたけど
他のときだったら多分寝れない。

そしてスタッフがいない。
22時チェックイン(ここはいないのはまぁ分かる)
9時30分チェックアウト (なぜ受付にいない？)
チェックアウトの際は個人情報が書かれた用紙を
裏にして提出したけど、そのような紙を提出
させるなら誰かいてくれ頼むから。
結局1度もスタッフと会わずにチェックアウト！

ここで12000円払うなら
ラブホのがましだね、と、旦那と話してた。

予想をはるかに超える素晴らしいホテルでした！街並みもお部屋もとても清潔で、部屋からは富士山がはっきりと見えます。朝は朝日に照らされた富士山を一目見てから、また気持ちよく眠れました～。お部屋はとても静かで、夜は耳鳴りがするほどの静けさ。かわいい浴衣のチョイスも用意されていて、とても心配りを感じました。朝食もとても豪華で、オーナーさんもとても優しい方でした～。本当に、さまざまなご配慮に心から感謝しています！

Cons:

Sinon je ne recommande pas forcément le petit déjeuner car c’est simplement un bento qui ne vaut pas celui du Konbini.

A welcoming, safe place in the most beautiful countryside.
Pros:

I booked a good quality 'budget' hotel well off season and that is exactly what I got. It was quiet, the advertising accurately matched the place itself, the staff were as kind as kind could be. All good, no surprises.

Pros:

C’est un très belle hotel, nous avions prix une chambre avec vu sur le mont fuji et c’était vrmt magnifique, et la chambre est spacieuse.
On avait prix le petit déjeuner qui était correct et ramener dans votre chambre à l’heure demander donc c’ets sympa. Et le personnel était gentil et a l’écoute.

Cons:

Faites attention il n’y a pas de douche on c’est fait avoir ce sont juste des onsen!!

En los baños cuentan con una piscina pequeña de agua muy caliente y está en el precio, te dan ropa de estar un kimono y el desayuno es bueno.

Cons:

Lo distante de la estación de bus, y si no te gusta dormir en tatami, no pases por aquí.

Amazing
Pros:

AMAZING view over Mount Fuji from the rooftop!!! (I took some amazing footage from there) We could also see it from our window, so beautiful. Staff were really nice and you could rent bicycles. We also got a free ride to the Kawaguchiko station from them, so kind! Amazing restaurants right outside the building as well. Hidden gems.

The beds were a bit hard but worked perfectly fine for us!
