Pros:

洗濯機、乾燥機が自由に回せて洗剤あってめちゃ良かったです。あと、ホテルの人達が親切でとても快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

B館に一番最初に止まったのでA館C館にお風呂がないのが少し不便でした。

还是比较满意的，性价比很突出
Pros:

有中文店员，并且晚上八点前可以提供河口湖站接车服务，非常方便，房间比预期的要大，我们订的两人间，放了三个床褥，感觉可以睡四到五个人，酒店几百米的地方就有豆豆熊电助力自行车点，这给我们这次河口湖之旅提供了极大的便利和舒适，环湖骑车非常舒服

Cons:

由于店员忙没有提供送车服务，大行李去河口湖站稍远要走两公里，打车好贵别轻易尝试，住一楼的话楼上走路会咯吱咯吱响，但都能接受

El onsen aunque era algo cutre

Cons:

Pagamos más por una habitación con vistas al Fuji y nos dieron una que apenas se veía. Si no nos quejamos no nos la cambian... La recepcionista era borde de cojones, no entiendo cómo ponen a una persona con 0 don de gentes en ese puesto... El hotel está donde Cristo aparcó la moto de agua. Muy retirado y alejado del centro del pueblo. He dormido anteriormente en tatami con futones, pero estos eran más finos que un papel de fumar... Todo mal. Los onsen no están muy allá pero son onsen.
