Es hat uns alles gefallen. Der Pool und die Lage zum Meer, einfach alles perfekt.
Výborná lokalita, velmi dobré snídaně, příjemný personál.
Zastaralé vybavení pokoje, vybavení na přípravu kávy a čaje na pokoji nebylo, i když bylo uváděno v nabídce.

ich weiß ehrlich gesagt gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll.
Das Personal, insbesondere die Dame an der Rezeption am Morgen, war extrem unfreundlich. So ein Verhalten habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt.
Unser Zimmer lag in einer dunklen Ecke und sah eher wie ein Keller oder Abstellraum aus als wie ein Hotelzimmer. Als ich höflich nach einem anderen Zimmer fragte, reagierte die Mitarbeiterin sehr unfreundlich und meinte nur, das müsse über Booking geklärt werden und sei zu kompliziert. Eine Lösung wurde uns gar nicht erst angeboten.
Direkt neben unserem Zimmer befand sich die Küche. Durch den ständigen Lärm war an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken.
Ein weiterer Vorfall: Eines Morgens öffnete die Reinigungskraft einfach unsere Zimmertür, obwohl wir noch geschlafen haben. Ein „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild gab es nicht.
Beim Auschecken wurde uns dann auch noch vorgeworfen, wir hätten den Aufenthalt nicht bezahlt. Erst nachdem ich die Zahlungsbestätigung gezeigt hatte, wurde der Fehler bemerkt und sich entschuldigt.
Die Fotos werde ich ebenfalls hochladen. Insgesamt war dieser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Aufgrund des unfreundlichen Personals und der schlechten Organisation kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
