Cool stay.. Breakfast was OK..Can be much better

Location was good and quit. Room size and Bathroom and toilet was bigger in size .

Cons:

Breakfast would have been more better. I had stayed for three nights, breakfast options were less like one day Poha and Chole batura and bread toast. Was expecting fruits, also sabji that served with Chole batura and nxt day with Puri was very much oily.. oil was floating on top.. Bed sheet was torn, I had to ask the house keeping person to change it. On pillow black spots were there .. Bed matress was too much soft.. like Air filled..

Pros:

Power supply was fluctuating.
Also, restaurant was operational not before 8 am. So no arrangement for bed tea. Swimming pool had some issue, few people got injured due to cracked tiles.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is quite convenient to visit various points, places etc in Mahabaleshwar. The food served in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was tasty. Sunil and Rajesh from the restaurant were prompt and efficient in their services. Also would like to make mention of Dilip from Housekeeping who did a good job of keeping the room clean. I had occupied a deluxe room with balcony and the room area was quite big and comfortable.

Cons:

The cell phone network is not available from inside the room. You have to go to the balcony for good network. But this is manageable.

Best stay for budget visits family
Pros:

Nice and clean rooms , food was good , staff is really helpful. Budget rooms and best location for lost of the points in Mahabaleshwar. Thumbs up.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Great Stay! Clean Rooms, Awesome Staff & FoodNeat and clean rooms with comfy beds and nice view. Restaurant food was delicious—loved it! Supportive staff (Rajesh Verma and Ateek) helped with everything, from check-in to bonfire setup. Perfect location between Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Our stay at JP Cottage was very pleasant. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, which made it very relaxing. The staff was very cooperative and polite. The location is convenient and the surroundings are nice. Overall, it was a value-for-money stay. Would definitely like to visit again and would recommend it to others.

Never coming back!
Pros:

The room was fairly neat, spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful when prompted.

Cons:

The basic service and attention to detail was poor. Only a single cup and glass were kept in the room knowing there were two guests. No toiletries on the first day of stay. The TV was not functioning throughout the stay. The food was sub-par throughout the stay and the last meal gave us food poisoning and nausea. The location was hard to reach without clear landmarks and signs in an area without good internet coverage.

The stay was satisfactory except the breakfast.
Cons:

Very few items were served in breakfast . There was NO fruit serving. Egg items were on chargeable basis . Even there was no chutney available with upma.
