Gyönyörű környezet, figyelmes személyzet és nagyon jó konyha.

Cons:

Negatívumként csak az ágyakat tudom mondani, össze vissza csúszkált az ágy is, az ágyon a matrac is és a matracon a lepedő is, ez a pihentető alvásra erősen rányomta a bélyegét. Ebben az árkategóriában ez mindenképp sürgősen javítandó.

Erdei pihenés!
Pros:

Az erdőben, sétautak mellett van a szálloda, teljes nyugalom. Kényelmes ágyak és tisztaság mindenhol.

Cons:

Egy rendezvény miatt várni kellett az étteremben megrendelt ebédre, (ezt a pincérek jelezték is), de ez hétvégén érthető.

Alles in Allem der Kategorie entsprechende Ausstattung mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Frühstück: ausreichendes Angebot an Obst, Käse/Wurst, Müsli, Teesorten;
Abendbrot: gutes und schmackhaftes Speisenangebot
Lage: ruhig am Waldrand, Pool und Sauna vorhanden (aber nicht genutzt)

Cons:

Keine Information, dass Reinigung der Zimmer und Wäschetausch(Handtücher) vom Gast bestellt werden muss und diese nur in seinem Beisein erfolgen dürfen.
Wurde erst auf Nachfrage so erklärt.

Kaffezubereitung am Automaten war etwas nervig und bei gleichzeitig mehreren Gästen zeitaufwendig.

Csodás fekvés, rugalmatlan üzemeltetés és személyzet
Pros:

A szállás meseszép helyen található az erdő szívében. Jól megközelíthető, kellemes ízléses berendezéssel, szép ápolt kerttel, medencével. A reggeli bőséges és finom.

Cons:

Sajnos már bejelentkezéskor csalódás ért minket, mert kiderült, hogy nem vártak meg bennünket a 20h-ig kérhető vacsorával és a konyha bezárt 7 órakor. Mivel a hely az erdő közepén van, nehézkes máshonnan ételhez jutni. A szoba nem az általunk foglalt szoba volt, kisebbnek tűnt és alig volt ablaka vagy a fotó amit a foglaláskor feltüntetnek megtévesztő. Ezzel még meg is barátkoztunk volna, de nem értettük, hogy habár senki nem tartózkodott a szálláson, miért a 3.-ik emelet legmesszebbi szobáját kaptuk (lift nincs). Este elhangzott, hogy a reggeli 8-10-ig van, nem kérdezték meg, hogy igényt tartunk-e rá és amennyiben igen, ennek felára van. Mi úgy emlékeztünk, hogy az árban van. Reggel automatikusan meg volt terítve, mintha tényleg az árban benne foglaltatna. Fizetéskor kiderült, hogy a reggeli kb 3000Ft/fő volt. Nem is a 6000Ft plusz fáj, inkább az, hogy megrövidítve és becsapva éreztük magunkat, mert nem kommunikáltak tisztán és nem a mi döntésünk volt, hogy szeretnénk-e reggelit, vagy sem. Rutintalan és rugalmatlan a személyzet és szomorú, hogy abból indulnak ki, hogy a vendég nem fog megjelenni.
