Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido, en mi opinión, una de las peores que he vivido como huésped. Al finalizar mi estancia, el establecimiento decidió acusarme de haberme llevado un simple pie de cama —un trozo de tela sin mayor valor— y exigirme 42 € por ello. Considero esta práctica completamente desproporcionada y, en mi percepción, una forma de responsabilizar al cliente sin pruebas claras.

Lo más indignante llegó cuando intenté aclarar el malentendido. Al llamar al hotel, la atención que recibí por parte de la recepcionista fue, desde mi punto de vista, totalmente improfesional: una respuesta sarcástica y una risa que, para mí, reflejan una falta absoluta de respeto hacia cualquier persona que solo intenta resolver una situación absurda.

Tras esta experiencia, mi opinión es que este hotel carece de un trato digno, de profesionalidad y de la mínima consideración hacia quienes confiamos en sus servicios. Personalmente, no volveré y desaconsejo a otros viajeros elegir este establecimiento si esperan ser tratados con seriedad y respeto.
