A beautiful and relaxing experience.
Pros:

The hotel was designed in a fun and relaxing way. We took advantage of the private soaking tub and had relaxing massages as well. The welcome drink, dinner, and breakfast were all wonderful. The young man that was the bar tender and server for dinner was very nice and we enjoyed speaking with him. Great location to begin your sightseeing deeper into the mountains. Easy walk to casa de chocolate.

Instalaciones espectaculares muy lindas

Cons:

Aloje en la pieza número 7, el aire acondicionando hacia un ruido terrible exactamente cada 28 min! Y el estanque del baño tenía la válvula de llenado mala, mismo problema, ruido persistente.

El jacuzzi estaba con el agua muy hedionda a agua estancada, quizás le falto algún sanitizante, el agua de la piscina no estaba muy limpia.

We kregen een gratis upgrade van kamer door vermoedelijke eigenaar, omdat er een kamer vrij was!
Zwembad en tuin en de stijl qua interieur en exterieur erg mooi! .
Groot bed en grote kamer en badkamer.
Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.
Een gratis hike met gids bij de waterval Cascada de Las Animas.
Airco in slaapkamer.
Drankje mogelijk bij zwembad.
Ligging van hotel: Aan de overkant van de straat een supermartktje en aan dezelfde straat verschillende eetgelegenheden. Dichtbij Cascada de Las Animas waar je kunt raften, hiken, ziplinen, etc. Dichtbij chocolaterie/ijssalon.

Cons:

Nauwelijks tot geen Engels door medewerkers en geen Engelse menukaart.
De airco maakte van tijd tot tijd een vervelend brommend geluid wat slapen lastig maakte op de slaapkamer.
