Personal excelente, muy buena ubicación y estancia cómoda
Pros:

El personal súper agradable, la habitación era sencilla pero perfecta, hacían la habitación todos los días y nos cambiaron las toallas cada dos. El desayuno riquísimo, y estaba cerca de Santa Teresa y de la playa. Podías ir andando sin problema.

Nada. Todo perfecto.

Situation géographique et établissement au top mais personnel pas super agréable
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé à 3 minutes à pied de la plage
Il dispose d’une petite piscine ensoleillée mais qui est parfaite lors du retour de la plage.
Nous n’avons pas testé les cours de yoga mais la salle semblait très agréable.
Notre chambre ( appartement) était très spacieuse et la climatisation était vraiment un plus. En revanche les plaques de cuisson fonctionnaient mal mais nous avions accès à la cuisine commune ( pas très propre)
Nous avions oublié notre adaptateur dans notre dernier hôtel et le personnel nous a prêté quotidiennement une prise.
Le plus était la fontaine à eau fraîche et chaude, très utile.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon

Cons:

Nous avions le petit déjeuner compris pour les 3 jours, ce que j’avais rappelé avant d’arriver. Lors du Check in a 14h, il nous ai dit que nous n’aurons pas de petit déjeuner le dimanche car la cuisine est fermée. J’interroge sur le fait d’aller prendre le petit déjeuner ailleurs, il m’est répondu que non, et que nous pourrons utiliser le montant du petit déjeuner pour un cours de yoga ou un second petit déjeuner. Nous avons choisi la seconde option, mais nous avons du commander avant 11h30 le second petit déjeuner alors que à cuisine fermait à 13h. Ce n’est vraiment pas très professionnel surtout que nous avions payé pour ce petit déjeuner et que nous avons été mis devant le fait accompli.
Bref personnel pas très agréable et peu arrangeant.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit und war mir beim Organisieren eines Transports eine große Unterstützung. Man konnte gut in Kontakt kommen. Die Surfstunden mit Esteban waren auch ihr Geld wert. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen und mir ein gutes Gefühl und den nötigen Push gegeben, auch schwierigere Wellen zu surfen. Die Lage ist auch super. Man kann fußläufig alles nötige erreichen und man ist in 2min am Strand, um ein bisschen mehr zu entdecken, wäre irgendein Transportmittel jedoch hilfreich.

Pros:

El personal muy amable y excelente disposición para compartirnos datos de la zona. Hacían la limpieza de la habitación todos los días y hasta nos ofrecieron reemplazar las toallas.

Cons:

El refrigerador dejó de funcionar y había mal olor en la cocina, pero de todas formas lo reemplazaron de inmediato.

Un lugar Exelente para surfear y yoga
Pros:

Pasamos una semana en believe y nos fue excelente. El staff súper amigable y profesional. El desayuno es muy bueno, y el área de yoga con muchas clases variadas.
La habitación muy confortable y a pocos pasos de la playa.

Pros:

המקום היה שקט ונעים אפשרות לשיעורי יוגה.
המלון מאוד נעים ורגוע בכל החלל גם בבריכה.
השער כניסה סגור ונעול ומרגיש מאוד בטוח שזה ממש חשוב
והחדר היה בגודל טוב. ארוחת בוקר מעולה ממש באמת מפנקת מאוד והיה אפשרות לאכול עד 13:00 שזה מדהים בחופשה במיוחד שלפעמים רוצים להתאמן או לגלוש לפני

Cons:

החדר היה בקומה שניה למרות שהיינו עם מזוודות והיה חדר בדיוק אותו דבר מתחתינו פנוי ולא הסכימו להחליף לנו.
בכל זמן השהייה ניקו לנו את החדר רק פעם אחת אז זה ממש אכזב.
אפילו לא החליפו מגבות עד שהלכתי להחליף בקבלה.

הגישה למלון עם חצץ של כ50 מטר ! קשה מאוד לסחוב מזוודה מהכניסה וחזור

לא היו מגבות לבריכה או לים אפילו בפיקדון שזה היה ממש חסר.
הייתי שמחה אם היה שעות ברורות על הלוח של היוגה מתי אורחים יכולים להשתמש בסטודיו
המטבח היה ממש מלוכלך וכולם שמו את הדברים במקרר בלי שקיות ושמות.
