Wonderful ocean view,
Pros:

It was our annual girls getaway. We are return guests at Seaside and will definitely return next year. We love it !

One of our favorite places to stay, and we can't wait to stay again!
Pros:

Staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and free breakfast. We walked right down to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and have already booked our next stay there.

Pros:

we were in Kennebunkport for a couple of days & were supposed to leave that day. we had some car troubles and ended up booking for the night. The hotel itself was a little dated, but the ocean front, the morning breakfast & cleanliness was great! We would definitely stay here again when we plan our next visit.

Had a wonderful stay... loved the beach!!
Pros:

The location of the Inn is wonderful. One mile from the village attractions. INN has direct short walk access to the beach

Cons:

Cannot think of specifics! Rooms are large and exceptionally clean and neat. It is an older facility but well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful

Great experience. Would stay again!
Pros:

Our room had a beach view with beach access; it was an awesome value. Staff was friendly when we arrived and offered us free corn muffins which were really good. It was a great stay for us.

Pros:

We loved the comfy home feel. The Inn was charming and not like hotels. The staff was very kind. Fresh warm muffins for breakfast. A small inn with a great family history.
