Location was great! Throw-back feel. Very quaint and friendly staff. Breakfast very good as well. Unique stay we really liked!

This is my fourth visit to the Seaside Inn. It is my favorite property in the Kennebunkport area. The rooms are so comfortable. Everything is always spotlessly clean. Breakfast is amazing and so is the staff.

Everything was great.
Very special find. The reception staff was very pleasant, informative and welcoming. We loved the location especially, with expansive lawns and private beach access; taking walks on the beach and sitting on the patio in the morning listening to the sound of the ocean. The room was a very good size and immaculate. We had privacy and quiet. We did not have the time to use the bikes or the hot tub - just a one night stay, but will definitely consider coming back for longer. It was our anniversary and we were pleasantly surprised to see a celebratory bottle of Prosecco on ice and a card waiting for us in the room. Just thoughtful things like that; small, elegant touches.
The breakfast menu was limited but the quality of the coffee and home-made, warm blueberry muffins more than made up for it, so no complaints there, really. Plus the breakfast room was really lovely, with nice decor and china.
The staff was friendly, it was clean, the hot tub was clean and in a great location. And the muffins were yummy.
Loved the character, history and nostalgia of The Sea Side Inn. The staff was excellent checking us in. The rooms were spacious and quiet and extremely clean. Would love to go back again.

Provided tea/coffee 24 hours and breakfast was good with fresh muffins and oatmeal plus cereal.
The owners flew the flag (UK) for us as only Brits there which was nice and also gave us a free print to keep. Lovely gesture.
It was on the beach but we had a back room and you could not hear the sea. The property could do with a refurb.

The property was clean and comfy but, honestly, $300. for this property, especially after Labor Day, was a bit more than perhaps warranted.
The location is great on the beach with parking, towels and linen are clean
The shower didn’t drain , the facility is really old with mattress that are very soft and uncomfortable, it’s way overpriced for the value you get
We loved the room we got - the best view of the ocean. The room was much better in person than what I was expecting from the pictures. I really appreciated the free bikes and beach chairs. This inn was a great find for our last minute trip to Kennebunkport.

The staff runs a tight ship. Everything about this place is great I would definitely love to stay again.
