Wonderful!

Great staff, veryclean room upon arrival other than rug mildew or mold smell. Can’t blame that on house keepers.
Pros:

I would give it 5 stars but the 1st floor room we were in had a rug and it had a slight smell of mildew or mold that I’m sensitive too. During the day it was nice out so we had the window open a bit that helped. At night we were afraid to leave it open.

Cons:

On the water, breakfast available was a plus. Oatmeal, coffee, eggs, fresh muffins were very appreciated and very good!

Wonderful Inn, great location, good breakfast at a great value off season!
Pros:

We were able to take a short walk from the hotel to get to the beach. We could hear the ocean when sitting in the hot tub at night on the upper deck! We had a nice breakfast each morning with options such as oatmeal, bagels, fresh muffins, oranges and hard boiled eggs. Our room was comfortable and spacious! We had a great stay!

Cons:

Everything was great! I would stay here again!

Pros:

Very well upkept and you are on the beach! Rooms are large and clean. Service is great.

Cons:

We couldn't connect to wifi after numerous attempts, but not a big deal.

A Wonderful getaway
Pros:

This was our third visit to the Seaside Inn. Everything was very nice as usual. The room was very clean. The staff was efficient and welcoming. Good offerings for breakfast. The location couldn't be better. Just a stone's throw to the wonderful beach. Love watching the dogs run free!

Cons:

There were a lot of thumping sounds from the room above us.
Some kind of whole wheat or whole grain bread would be great at breakfast! Only white flour choices were available.

Looking forward to staying at the Seaside Inn again
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with the added bonus of an ocean view. A continental breakfast was served in a cozy dining room. Fresh muffins and old fashion oatmeal was awesome.

I would stay here again, but it’s definitely an older property
Pros:

Proximity to gooch beach

Cons:

It’s definitely an older property and kind of has a bit of an older musty smell to it. If you had allergies this might be a problem. The beds were not particularly comfortable, but the people are amazing. The breakfast was delightful very clean.
