Pros:

Rebecca was warm and welcoming. The muffins were yummy:)

Cons:

The property was clean and comfy but, honestly, $300. for this property, especially after Labor Day, was a bit more than perhaps warranted.

Pros:

The location is great on the beach with parking, towels and linen are clean

Cons:

The shower didn’t drain , the facility is really old with mattress that are very soft and uncomfortable, it’s way overpriced for the value you get

Great stay
Pros:

We loved the room we got - the best view of the ocean. The room was much better in person than what I was expecting from the pictures. I really appreciated the free bikes and beach chairs. This inn was a great find for our last minute trip to Kennebunkport.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. Maybe more breakfast food options.

We really enjoyed our one night…loved the beach so close! The hotel was lovely! Hope to return.

Cons:

They had no gluten free options. When asked we were told a choice of fruit would be an option for breakfast. However when we asked the staff member had no idea what gluten allergy was. An pointed to the sliced oranges as a fruit option. Disappointed!
