Friendly, helpful staff. Fabulous view of the Lochand Schiehallion. Lift.

Cons:

Creaky uneven floors. Main restaurant closed for our entire 4 night visit. Ate elsewhere. The facilities are all used by the timeshare next door.

Very nice hotel if you want it peaceful and comfortable

Big room, everthing very clean and comfortable. The personal extremely nice and helpful

Cons:

The open showers!! No door at the shower left the bathroom very like a water pool!
And the hotel is very abroad but that was rather our ‚fault‘
