Exceptional
Pros:

The location was perfect, very close to the beach and supermarket. Nice hotel with marvelous garden. Clean rooms equipped with everything and a nice terrace to the pool and garden.

Cons:

The small space in the shower.

Average lodging but well-located definitely NOT AS DEPICTED IN ONLINE IMAGES.
Pros:

This property needs a major redo--it is acceptable--just. The pool was uninviting and the grounds in general are a shambles. Furniture is old and grey and our tiny terrace had a major ant colony on it . While the breakfast was pleasant the dependance on some store-bought items and old time oilcloths/plastic/disposable items and the room in general --underwhelming. Sitting outside was an improvement--again please please please hire a professional maintenance landscaper company to rid the property of the rodent-y, cluttery, rubbishy areas. Freshen the rooms and invest in top quality beds and linens. Clean those terraces. Thx for the mini-fridge as most French non-chain hotels appear to dislike them. Water pressure in shower was terrific.

Cons:

all the basic services need upgrading. THE PROPERTY NEEDS A LANDSCAPER.
