Nice clean room with decent amenities good restaurant and staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, buffet had good spread! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Better amenities for drivers to stay. They bring business to the hotel. ( They can easily sway customers).

Most horrible hotel experience in Trichy
Pros:

Nothing!

Cons:

The staffs were pathetic. The rooms were horrible, phone didn't work, they didn't bother to check after complaining so many times, lizards and cockroaches in rooms. No water bottles or tissues in room. No room service for most hours in the day. Zero hospitality mindset and very impolite staffs.

Cons:

Room was having smoking smell, ac was not working.
They got extra amount saying that booking.com don't show their actual tarrif. Making us ro wait 30 mins. Always made us to wait for checkin and checkout. It consumes more time
