Good location, decent room, poor service and casual attitude of staff.
Pros:

Decent breakfast spread. Good service in restaurant.
Location is very good. Close to Eateries and Transport facilities.

Cons:

For a double room with a couple staying, the towel, toiletries, coffee Cup, Coffee sachet were all kept only one. We requested for an additional set and got it after 2 reminders. This was the first day. When the rooms was cleaned on the second day and housekeeping staff refurbished the towel, coffee cup, sachet etc, again there was only one. I called the housekeeping and waited for 30 mins. Nothing came. Then I had to go down to the reception and complain. The reaction and response was clearly indifferent.

By and large, Value for money. Would like stay on coming visits and refer to friends/ relatives
Pros:

Traditional South Indian Breakfast with very good hospitality of the staffs
Front desk personals are very courteous.

Cons:

Bath Towels can be of with better qulity
Suggestion to cater the packed complimentry Breakfast for those who are vacating very early morning before 0700 am to catch the trains.

Pros:

Breakfast was okay, staff and cleaniness was okay.

Cons:

Rooms were stinking, beds were full of moths & inscets, power key was loose so power went off quite often. Some rooms were having seepage.

Stay was OK could have been better.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. Could have been better with more variety of dishes. The buffet etiquette was not followed ... customers were coming back for more servings on the same used plate. The restaurant should provide more plates and insist a better practice

Cons:

The water glass provided in the room had some stains.
Since it was already mentioned as a 2-person occupancy, the room was set up only for 1 person. We had to ask for everything.

Requires better upkeep. Staff more keen on getting tips, etc. Definitely not worth the price
Pros:

1. Accessibility to attractions nearby

Lot of issues- mainly due to -
1. torn ( Room #412) curtains, limited towel service,
2. have to repeat housekeeping requests for toiletries and towels (1 towel per room) , loose fittings in bathroom,
3. limited power outlets (only 2 in the room), 4. Poor, old musty linen
