Ambiente muito acolhedor, decoração muito delicada e cheia de charme pela época da Páscoa.
Fui muito bem atendido, comida muito boa, instalações muito bem preparadas. Atendimento pelos funcionários muito bom, muito atenciosos. Tranquilidade nas piscinas, sem alvoroço. Tudo muito limpo.
Em geral gostei muito das 3 dias que fiquei no hotel com minha esposa. Só senti falta é que no quarto onde estávamos, a televisão era mais antiga,sem acesso a internet.
Como não fomos no balneário, ficamos no hotel para descansar, aí a noite queria assistir um filme no quarto, infelizmente não dava, mas no geral estava tudo muito bom.

Hotel com infraestrutura nova, equipe atenciosa, bom café da manhã a lado do termas e próximo ao rio uruguai (que tem apresenta uma área urbanizada muito boa).
As áreas de lazer incompatíveis com o número de hóspedes (reduzida). Aparentemente busca o uso complementar da estrutura do termas.
Apesar do período e atividades diferenciadas decorrentes da virada do ano, considero o valor da diária muito acima do serviços disponibilizados.

Tudo muito bom. Desde a infraestrutura, limpeza, atendimento, refeições inclusas, localização. Simplesmente perfeito para quem busca curtir férias .
Proximidade com o balneário, acomodações, cordialidade no atendimento e a qualidade das refeições.
O hotel e muito aconchegante, toda a equipe acolhedora e principalmente familiar
O hotel é muito limpo, as instalações bem cuidadas, os donos e funcionários são extremamente gentis! As termas são bem próximas. A comida é boa , o preço também! Ainda tem um adicional, eles são envolvidos com a causa animal do município, ajudando uma ONG de proteção aos animais abandonados no município.
Funcionários educados, ambiente calmo.
