La struttura non e' brutta

Mi hanno ingannato con la stanza. Avevo prenotato e pagato la stanza all'ultimo piano con il soppalco e mi hanno dato la stanza al piano terra molto piu' piccola. Quando ho fatto notare la cosa mi hanno risposto che la stanza bella l'avevano gia' data a qualcun altro e ne avevano solo una. Ho protestato dicendo che io avevo pagato per la stanza grande, non per quella piccola al piano terra e hanno risposto che per loro le due stanze sono uguali perche' hanno entrambe 4 letti. Ho segnalato la cosa a Booking e mi hanno dato ragione offrendomi un voucher come compenso, mentre la struttura non ha ammesso nessuna colpa e non ha offerto nessuno sconto. Avevo scelto l'Artisin specificatamente perche' dalle foto la stanza era molto bella e sono stato ingannato. Risultato: moglie e figli delusi e weekend che doveva essere di relax e' cominciato con il malumore per il torto subito.

L' hotel è molto caratteristico tutto fatto di legno, le stanze sono calde e accoglienti, la colazione con prodotti genuini e freschi.
