Posizione e cena ottime, staff davvero gentile e camera/hotel puliti

Cons:

La nostra camera aveva alcuni difetti: vasca/doccia troppo piccola, letto troppo piccolo (sono alto 1'82 e per restare disteso dovevo mettermi in obliquo), balcone condiviso con altra camera (e il nostro vicino di camera era un fumatore, quindi ogni volta che usciva a fumare parte di quel fumo entrava nella nostra stanza.. Arieggiando poi si rimuoveva, ma non era piacevole)
La colazione poteva essere migliore, specialmente le brioches

We spent two nights at this hotel, but we are sure we will be back. The family atmosphere and the warmth of the staff were truly unique. One of the highlights of our stay were the dinners at the hotel – the chef is an absolute world-class master!

The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, yet very close to the main attractions of the region. Everything is tastefully decorated and styled, spotlessly clean, and we felt completely at home. An additional plus was the free parking.

We would also like to sincerely thank you for the lovely birthday surprise – it made our stay even more special :)

Peaceful, friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Great room with balcony and Mountain View. Very quiet. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food! Cordon bleu style. Parking free outside hotel.

Cons:

Our 3 different credit and bank cards would not work when trying to pay for our two night stay at the hotel and we had to use £450 cash. For over a week in Europe we have had no issues with card payments anywhere and we had bought petrol and shopping locally on the day before departure so this was very odd. Paying cash was not ideal for us and there was no problem with our bank account when we spoke to our bank. They advised us that it was a hotel/merchant problem not a problem with our bank. It seems the hotel machine was not taking our card so we suspect the hotel just
wanted cash as "commissions" (card fees) was mentioned when we asked if we could use a neighbouring hotel's card machine and Hôtel told us to go to a bank for cash. Take plenty of cash in case you have same issue. Despite this, the hotel is lovely and staff too.

Amazing food - beautiful hotel - lovely staff

Such a beautiful comfortable place to stay - food was incredible and staff were super friendly.
If you get chance, order the cake in the bar, absolutely mind blowing!
Would definitely love to stay here again!
