Agradable!
Pros:

Tiene una temática muy bonita para los pequeños y el personal muy agradable !

Cons:

Que hay que estar haciendo reservas para todo aún pagando el todo incluido…
Incluso para las piscinas dentro del hotel… y que entre las habitaciones se escucha todo

La habitación temarizada, muy chula. Las mascotas muy muy simpática. Edgar, el camarero, súper amable. Una gerente en el check - in nos solventó Un inconveniente que tuvimos, resolutiva. El splash adventure, bien.

Cons:

Por la zona, no hay mucha cosa. Una de las camareras del bar de piscina un poco borde. Y había una (creo) jefa de sala, rubia, que hablaba bastante mal, incluso a sus compañeros. Lo que está arreglado, genial, pero hay mucha cosa en ruinas aún.

Pros:

Todo. Cercanía a la playa, diseño de las habitaciones, personal, buffet, bebidas incluidas, piscinas y toboganes, etc.

Cons:

Tiempo de espera en la recepción muy largo.

La ludoteca es solo para niños mayores de 3 años, antes de reservar las vacaciones en en ningún sitio lo ponía, al llegar allí había un cartel en la puerta de la ludoteca (la cual tenía muy muy buena pinta).

Pros:

Decoración, animación e instalaciones perfectas para niños, puedes pasar un buen rato en los toboganes de la piscina

Cons:

El baño no estaba bien limpio, la nevera tenía aguas y refresco utilizados.
El buffet de comida y cena tenía muy poca variación y la verdad no tenían buen sabor la mayoría de las cosas.

Todo increíble como siempre
Pros:

Todo fenomenal, La atención del Bufett premium y su personal una maravilla, los monitores de los niños (Especialmente Javi que es un encanto con mis niñas), Adrián en el rooftop un encanto, Roger en la recepción solucionándome todo con mucha paciencia y amabilidad…
Los pondría a todos si supiera los nombres, porque realmente siempre es un placer volver. Muchas gracias ☺️🙏

Pros:

Las atracciones aunque alguna estaban cerradas.
Las actividades para los pequeños era lo mejor.
Nos dejaron cafe infusión y bebidas en la habitación un detalle bastante guay

Cons:

En la habitación vimos una cucaracha, la mala gestión y falta de comunicación entre los empleados.
Nos dijeron que podíamos entrar al bufé de la piscina y cuando la niña estaba merendado nos echaron diciendo que no lo incluye.
Luego lo solucionaron dándonos un pase pero el trato ya recibido dejo mucho que desear.
El pasillo de las habitaciones olía a fritanga
