Todo increíble como siempre
Pros:

Todo fenomenal, La atención del Bufett premium y su personal una maravilla, los monitores de los niños (Especialmente Javi que es un encanto con mis niñas), Adrián en el rooftop un encanto, Roger en la recepción solucionándome todo con mucha paciencia y amabilidad…
Los pondría a todos si supiera los nombres, porque realmente siempre es un placer volver. Muchas gracias ☺️🙏

Pros:

Las atracciones aunque alguna estaban cerradas.
Las actividades para los pequeños era lo mejor.
Nos dejaron cafe infusión y bebidas en la habitación un detalle bastante guay

Cons:

En la habitación vimos una cucaracha, la mala gestión y falta de comunicación entre los empleados.
Nos dijeron que podíamos entrar al bufé de la piscina y cuando la niña estaba merendado nos echaron diciendo que no lo incluye.
Luego lo solucionaron dándonos un pase pero el trato ya recibido dejo mucho que desear.

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Magic Fantasy en Marinador fue excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos, y la directora en particular se destacó por su amabilidad y atención. La comida fue deliciosa y variada, ¡definitivamente un punto fuerte del hotel!

Las actividades para los niños son fantásticas: hay entretenimiento constante y la ludoteca permite que los más pequeños se diviertan mientras los padres disfrutamos de un tiempo para relajarnos. Vimos que se cuida mucho la seguridad y la diversión de los niños, lo cual nos dio mucha tranquilidad.

En general, es un lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares: excelente servicio, buena comida y un montón de opciones para que los niños disfruten. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

Lo único bueno que saco es que era el cumpleaños de mi hija y tuvieron el detalle de decorar la habitación y hacerle un obsequio de la mascota

La limpieza de las instalaciones era pésima , la habitación tenía hormigas y mucho polvo.
El buffet de la cena inferior al del desayuno , e incluso cuando se acababa la comida ya no reponían
