Lovely atmosphere and nicely decorated. The pub and breakfast were wonderful!
The staff at the hotel decided to watch the cricket in the guest room next to mine while I was trying to have a nap. Their TV and voices were full volume.
Staff could also be a little more friendlier.
Surprised that there wasn’t any form of heating in the room.
Everything was excellent
nothing
The old English atmosphere!
No aircon in room
Manager and staff excellent and accommodating
Brewery and gin distillery closed when we arrived on Sunday afternoon at 2.30pm wanted that experience
The awesome service

The rooms are amazing
The breakfast is not great
The location and the breakfast
First given a nice room then taken to room 28 dirty coffee splashes on the walls spider webs in the shower , stuffy & muggy
There's almost everything in one place
The noisy wooden floors. No microwave and refrigerator in the room. The dirty swimming pool, it even had frogs! The staff can be more welcoming and attentive to ALL guests
Staff - The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly which made our stay even better. A big shout-out to front-end oversight staff, Linda and Stripes, who checked up on us and engaged in warm and friendly banter, which us feel like old friends of theirs. A special shout-out to behind-the-scenes staff, like chef Reggie, who made our stay truly exceptional. I had food allergies and spoke to Reggie, who went out of his way to accommodate me. His risotto was probably the best I have ever had anywhere in the world, which is despite deviating from traditional ingredients to accommodate my food allergies. Even the servers and cleaners were polished and very pleasant. All in all, this was an establishment we would gladly return to.
Facilities - we loved playing on the grass tennis courts. What an experience!
